Andrew provided a thorough explanation of the models and trim levels, while keeping in mind the requirements that I had in a vehicle. This was not a high pressure sales process, all items were presented honestly and up front. Andrew and Bernie followed up on our discussions and we were able to make a deal on an A5. The pickup process was smooth, there was a minor issue but it was rectified immediately. A terrific experience to date, and a fantastic car from a great dealership. Hopefully this level of service continues throughout my Audi ownership. More
