Salesperson made all the difference!!! We visited different Audi dealerships looking to purchase a new Audi Q5. When we ended up in Kitchener at Crosby Audi we were approached by Conrad. We visited different Audi dealerships looking to purchase a new Audi Q5. When we ended up in Kitchener at Crosby Audi we were approached by Conrad. We expressed our needs and requirements while Conrad listened very patiently. We felt very comfortable with him, he was very knowledgeable, friendly and honest. He also seemed very interested to meet our needs. Thank you Conrad for such a great purchase experience. We look forward to purchase our next vehicle there and hope to have a repeated experience! The Sales Person Made my Experience a Positive One!!!! I cannot say enough about this young man. When it comes to buying cars I am set in my ways. I had purchased a VW from Crosby’s for my son and now wa I cannot say enough about this young man. When it comes to buying cars I am set in my ways. I had purchased a VW from Crosby’s for my son and now was looking to buy an Audi for my wife. I met with Conrad and Told him what I was looking for. I told Conrad that if we didn't make a deal in 45 minutes I was walking. I set out what I wanted and had a price set for myself. In less that 45 minutes I was signing my sales contract. Conrad listens to the customer and delivers what he/she wants. I never got any sales pitches or up sales from him. I found him to be honest, courteous and completely up front with me. I have recommended friends and family to him. I am looking forward to moving into an Audi when my current lease is up. I will only deal with Conrad!!! I offer my highest recommendation for Conrad!!!! Great Car Buying Experience. We recently started to shop for a replacement CUV/SUV needed to tow a small boat. After narrowing the list to 2 different brands/models we started to focus our research on the Audi Q5. We contacted a few dealers. Conrad was definitely easy to deal with. He was able to quickly provide us with what was needed to be able to make our decision. The entire buying experience was quick and simple. There were no games or attempts to oversell. Everything that was discussed did happen as promised. This has been one of the best car buying experience to date. Thanks Conrad. More

When we arrived at the dealership, he approached us in a professional manner and provided us with the options that best suited our needs. Being able to take the Q5 on a test drive with Taylor was also beneficial, and, it is, what sold us on the car. He is very knowledgeable about the Audi product, which made us feel comfortable in making our decision. Taylor took the time and went out of his way to explain our financing options very thoroughly. We appreciate his customer service expertise. The whole sales process was great with Taylor, and we are really enjoying our new Q5! Not even a hello my wife and I walked in on a Saturday afternoon The place had customer but far from busy. First thing. No one said hello to us or acknowledge my wife and I walked in on a Saturday afternoon The place had customer but far from busy. First thing. No one said hello to us or acknowledged our presence as we sat in the A4 Then we walked around the lot. Still no one Finally we walked back in and made eye contact with two open sales people. But Dan Savvidis, the Sales Manager, set t Having had a very poor experience with a sales person at Crosby about a year ago, I was hesitant to return. But Dan Savvidis, the Sales Manager, set things right and put me into contact with Jaclyn Thomas who provided an outstanding sales experience. In the end we did not chose an Audi as a different car was better suited to our family's needs, but all members of my family would have been more than happy to purchase an automobile from Jaclyn. In short, our experience was so good that I am writing a review although I did not purchase a car from her. Jaclyn is utterly professional and very well informed about her product. If she does not know something, she will not b.s. you; rather, she goes back, gets the information required and relates it in a timely manner. Jayclyn really listens and tries to match your needs with the products she has available, rather than trying to sell you just anything. She takes serious all members of the family and listens to their opinions; we were most impressed with the manner in which she engaged with our young daughter. Jaclyn will be at the top of our list when it comes to purchasing our next car. More
