There was no up-sell, and when sales staff are attentive, natural and not pushy, it makes a world of difference to the experience. We also got a very fair trade on our previous SUV. The Sales Person Made my Experience a Positive One!!!! I cannot say enough about this young man. When it comes to buying cars I am set in my ways. I told Conrad that if we didn't make a deal in 45 minutes I was walking. I set out what I wanted and had a price set for myself. In less that 45 minutes I was signing my sales contract. Conrad listens to the customer and delivers what he/she wants. I never got any sales pitches or up sales from him. I found him to be honest, courteous and completely up front with me.
