Started the Applewood experience online through Lilly Patell who was very helpful and provided exactly the information I was looking for on a Buick Verano. When I eventtually came to the dealership Lilly Patell who was very helpful and provided exactly the information I was looking for on a Buick Verano. When I eventtually came to the dealership Lilly was off and I was assigned to Maxine who is a fairly new to the business auto salesperson. Based on years of experience that could have ben a real disaster but Maxine was very helpful and had the backing of Vince Paradiso on anything on which she might be unsure. Maxine was very helpful and skillfully maneuvered the deal up to the Cadillac ATS! Being a recent US resident made my credit and insurance more difficult than normal but the folks at Applewood handled it most professionally, with Lilly setting up an insurance contact and Vince wiporking the lease company for the credit approval. Never any "pressure", no one talking down to you as I have experienced in the past and an altogether pleasant experience that landed me in the best car I have ever driven, Cadillac ATS 2.0 Turbo. We purchased a used vehicle form Alice. We were under time restraint, but Alice made it happen for us. Some of the issues could not be resolved at time of purchase so Alice made appointment for us to co time restraint, but Alice made it happen for us. Some of the issues could not be resolved at time of purchase so Alice made appointment for us to come back to resolve all issues. Upon having the vehicle for about 3 weeks some other issues came up, some of which were safety related and some were operational issues. The dealership along with Alice ensured that almost all issues were taken care of at their expense. Driving the vehicle for another week, we still continued to have some issues, the dealership without any questions took care of everything at their expense and in the time they promised us. Buying a used vehicle is always a bit frightening, knowing that the dealership you buy from will take care of issues gives us great peace of mind. Alice and the dealership went above and beyond with their service and we would be more than happy to refer them to anyone looking to buy a vehicle.
