Short notice diagnosis appointment was handled exemplarily I decided to try Applewood on the recommendation of a friend since the one I usually get my CTS-V serviced at normally has a hard time getting me an a I decided to try Applewood on the recommendation of a friend since the one I usually get my CTS-V serviced at normally has a hard time getting me an appointment slot. I made an online request on the weekend, and was contacted on the Monday. I explained the intermittent nature of the problem and was offered an appointment with a service advisor the day before the one I originally requested. When I arrived, I was informed they were very busy but would work on the issue as soon as possible. I decided to wait. I was very impressed they took care of the problem in under two hours. This was not a routine maintenance item, but a problem that required diagnosis and corrective action. The other dealer had trouble doing routine tasks within the same time frame under a similar large customer load. Thanks to Phil and his team for giving me the confidence back in a GM dealership.
