The place to go if you want great service We needed an SUV. I went to Applewood after a visit at Addison and a lot of other dealerships (all makes except the German ones). I told the reception We needed an SUV. I went to Applewood after a visit at Addison and a lot of other dealerships (all makes except the German ones). I told the receptionist that I want to check an Equinox and she called a sales rep. A smiling guy comes and greats me, and I said in my mind "another sales guy...!!!". This time it wasn't just another sales guy, it was "THE SALES GUY". Nabil was very professional,friendly and made me feel like I was doing business with them my whole life. It was the only one that turned the computer screen towards me and I could see everything that he did about the pricing. He didn't stop smiling the whole time, and I wasn't a fake smile. We talked all kind of stuff and at the end he gave me a deal. Two days later I went back with my wife and we closed the deal. He even gave us some extra accessories, just to feel good. After two other days we went back to pick up the vehicle. He spent about 2 hours with us to explain everything and make sure that we are happy ( it's the first lease for us). Words in a review are not enough to make someone understand the way we were treated. I will tell everyone from now one about this "sales guy". We were fortunate to deal with Nabil.
