Thanks Tony! Finally, in a world where it's hard to get to the real number on buying a car, is there a dealership like Applewood that you can trust, right from the start. Awful customer service I bought a used car at Applewood last year and had so many issues with it. I've had to have the left and right drive shaft replaced the timing chain r I bought a used car at Applewood last year and had so many issues with it. I've had to have the left and right drive shaft replaced the timing chain replaced a few other things in the front end. I've had to had the windshield replaced because it had multiple chips in it. And there highly talked about safety apparently doesn't include making sure that the third row seating is bolted to the frame of the car! I've had problem after problem and every manager I've dealt with blatantly ignores me and doesn't return my calls or my emails. This includes the used car manager the service manager as well as a Financial Manager. On my last service visit they dented my driver side door. And after many misdiagnosis I took my car to another dealership and had to have my car fixed. I asked for a refund for the deductible that I had to pay from Applewood since they misdiagnosed my car so many times and they have refused to pay my deductible and refuse to fix the dent that they put in my door. They said too bad my case is closed and it is not going to be taken care of by Applewood! Worst customer service I've ever encountered in my entire life. I do not recommend buying a car from Applewood. They're nice shiny car dealership makes you think it should be a good place but the people that work there are absolutely awful. Unprofessional Sales Consultant On Thursday, December 7th, 2017, I attended at Applewood Chevrolet to assist my elderly parents to negotiate a purchase price on a 2018 Chevy Equinox. On Thursday, December 7th, 2017, I attended at Applewood Chevrolet to assist my elderly parents to negotiate a purchase price on a 2018 Chevy Equinox. I dealt with Kyle MCKENNA and unfortunately we were not able to come to agreeable terms to facilitate the new vehicle purchase. Kyle then contacted me 2-days later and when I advised him I had an appointment at Hogan Chevrolet in Scarborough, I received an onslaught of texts with improved prices. I ended up purchasing not only the 2018 Equinox Premier LZ from Hogans Chevrolet, but also the new 2017 Corvette Stingray that was on their showroom floor. Applewood Chevrolet did NOT compare to my experience at Hogans Chevrolet in Scarborough. Kyle also made a couple of unprofessional remarks to me after it became clear he had lost the sale. A very unprofessional ending to the Applewood experience. I do not recommend anyone making a new vehicle purchase from Applewood Chevrolet. More

After buying a used car here, one under warranty, I was provided little information on the warranty, specifically it covered four oil changes. The dealership makes it seem like it is giving you three free oil changes when in fact it is GM covering the work. If dealing with sales walk away if your gut says there is something off about how they negotiate. More

Rude and accusatory after second opinion Our latest experience with Applewood leaves us, extremely disappointed and rebuked. My wife and I have been Applewood customers for over 22 years now Our latest experience with Applewood leaves us, extremely disappointed and rebuked. My wife and I have been Applewood customers for over 22 years now and have purchased 3 cars from the dealership over those years. We have never had to speak with the service manager before now, however, on this occasion, we did because of a service/warranty concern. Our Buick Lacrosse had been serviced by no one but Applewood since we owned it and had gone from a clean bill of health while under a bumper to bumper warranty to needing Water pump replacement, transmission lines, full front and rear brake rotor replacement in addition to several other service items in the period of one oil change. After getting a second opinion which disagreed with this list of repairs, and discussing them with the service manager Paolo Glorioso, I was told and I quote "No licenced Mechanic would ever say what you have told me" which insinuates that either I am lying or the mechanic is lying about his credentials, neither of which is true. This left me feeling really uncomfortable and scorned. Nobody wants to be called a liar, directly or indirectly. We had returned to Applewood to have the work done anyway and just about anything else that Mr Glorioso could have said would have resulted in us leaving the car with them to have the work done. The attitude and blatant insinuation was a shock to us both as we were not being accusatory, we were just relaying what we had been told by a fully licenced independent mechanic. My advice based on this experience is: If you purchased your warranty from Applewood, don't get your car serviced there. More
