I had never purchaed a car from a dealership before so I did not know what to expect when I entered Applewood. I was immediately approached by a staff member (Jim) and greeted in a friendly manner. I am very picky when it comes to cars but he helped me find the perfect car, my new Pontiac G5 GT Coupe. He explained all the financing steps and guided me to the appropriate sales associates to help set up my finances so I could purchase the vehicle. In just a few days, Jim was able to get my car ready for the road. The day I came to pick up my vehicle was just two days before my birthday. Jim was kind enough to surprise me with birthday balloons on my new car! I have never had such great service and was especially thankful since it was my first experience at a car dealership. I recommend Applewood to anyone interesting in buying a used car. You will receive great customer service, find a great car that suits you, and pay a reasonable price. Amazing! Guys(and dolls) keep on the good work it truly goes along way. One last thing. In September 2011, took delivery of a new Malibu LTZ. Since that time, I have been to Applewood on 5 occasions, 3 oil changes + a couple of minor mechical issues. On Tuesday June 12, was having water le Since that time, I have been to Applewood on 5 occasions, 3 oil changes + a couple of minor mechical issues. On Tuesday June 12, was having water leaking into passenger side of cabin as an apparent result of spider webs blocking the air conditioner drain tube. At the time of this visit, my service advisor was Marco. Marco was very helpful in explaining the cause and the problem was corrected very quickly - within 1 hour. I have been an Applewood customer since the mid 80's and my recent experiences have been very positive in every case with all of the service advisors that I have dealt with since last December. Today, (June 21)I had my 3rd oil change (service advisor - Phil Glorisoso) and again received a very professional and courteous service.
