I had a great experience at the Applewood Dealership. Rick was very friendly, helpful and patient. Despite the fact that I was very indecisive, I never once felt any pressure or that I was taking up to Rick was very friendly, helpful and patient. They even feed me and my parents lunch free of charge while we were finishing up the paperwork. I ended with the car I wanted and payments I could manage. All the people I dealt with at the dealership were friendly and very helpfully and made me feel at ease. Picking up my new car was also great as they seemed just as excited as I was, and they went over everything about the financing and the car and answered all my question. I generally am not in the habit of writing reviews but my experience with Applewood was well above what I would normally expect and I am anxious to pass on my purchasing experience to prospective buyers .No experience with Applewood was well above what I would normally expect and I am anxious to pass on my purchasing experience to prospective buyers .Not withstanding the excellent design and quality of the vehicle the most impressive factor to me was my dealings with Barb Tate who proved to be extremely knowledgeable about practically every aspect of the vehicle . Being in the electronics business I was particularly interested in this aspect of the Cadillac design and in discussions with Barb I was not left with any unanswered questions . The sourcing of the vehicle turned out to be another challenge which was further complicated by the fact that this was the end of the model year and generally customers buying at this time of the year cannot be too particular as to colour and options etc . This car was for my wife and she was particular as to colour and options .Much to my surprise Barb with some manipulating managed to get the exact vehicle that we wanted . We were greatly impressed .The financial aspects of this purchase were also handled by Barb in a most competent and efficient manner and were optimized to be as beneficial to us as the numbers would allow . There were other aspects of this purchase involving other departments and personnel of Applewood and I must say that the team at Applewood deserves full marks . I would recommend this dealership not only for the quality of the vehicles they sell but also for the high level of customer care and service . More

Had the pleasure of purchasing a new 2013 Cadillac CTS coupe. All made possible by Lilly Patell. I took a different approuch from the customary "walk into the dealership" to see what they have. I began my journey for the purchase via the Internet. I was pleasantly surprised by the thoroughness, customer service, and ultra friendly exchanges with Lilly. The proof in the pudding was when i finally did come into the Dealership to meet Lilly (and the other Sales staff). I was greated with such friendliness that i felt very comfortable and "at home". Much much different from my past experiences of purchasing a vehilce (i've bought 7 vehicles thus far, and counting). Lilly was very upfront on getting me the best possible price... looking into any and all incentives that were available for me. The price was too good for me to pass up... needless to say, the vehicle was purchased the next day after a quick consultation with my wife :-).
