She was incredibly personable and worked well to not make it feel like a typical 'used car dealership' - The car was competitively priced given its condition and low KM's, and it has plenty of accessories and other fun things in the car (A/C, Pioneer sound system, Power windows/locks, USB/Aux ports, etc) I couldn't be happier with the car, it runs great, feels great and looks great. The mechanic (Darcy? Darcie?) I was told works exclusively on the used cars and he was quite approachable about anything related to the car. We inquired about the tires on Monday more then anything and he made me and my dad feel comfortable about where the car's condition was at. In short, 10/10 and I feel like I came away with a great car. Will definitely recommend in the future More

You see I live in Newmarket ON,over a 100 kms away. Well I ended up buying the car and the experience was outstanding. I got all the necessary information in no time flat and was given a bottom dollar price right away. Lily set me up with Vince Germanese in financing and Nick Murray in sales to further move the process along. The fact that I was out of the country didn't seem relevant in the process and I couldn't have done better if I had been right there at the dealership in Toronto. In fact it was even better as I didn't have to take the time to go and test drive and negotiate for the vehicle. I had a friend do a physical check of the vehicle for me. I arrived at the dealership a day early to pick up the vehicle due to an emergency at home and despite the right timelines it was ready to roll when we got there.
