There was no pressure and the negotiation process was short and fairly stress free. We stated we were not interested in any "after sale" pitches and so we didn't get any. Alice Nielson was a pleasure to deal with. I called yesterday because we got a nail in one tire and Alice arranged for us to come in today. The tire was repaired free and we got a great free breakfast as well. Alice had day off today but her co-workers, Garry and Yvette, made us very welcomed. Every time we purchase a vehicle or take our vehicles in for service, I am more than impressed with the quality and professionalism of service I receive from EVERY employee I come into contact with. While I sit in the service waiting area, I watch the ladies behind the desk treat every customer that comes in with a huge amount of respect and friendly interaction...so rare these days. Barb Tate is always available to fill our fleet needs with prompt and personal attention and knowledge of the vehicles, Phil in service greets us by name and is always friendly and extremely helpful, and just today I met Yvette from the showroom who always has a smile. He did not pressure me and allowed me to look around without being hassled like many salesman can be, but was ready with a big smile and was available when I had questions. I mentioned that I would love to have a big red bow on my car when I decided which one I wanted as a joke, which he remembered months afterwards when I finally decided on which car I wanted to purchase. He took care of all the paperwork and was diligent and efficient throughout the whole process. His charisma and personality made me feel extremely comfortable. I can walk away from this experience extremely positive saying that I am a happy new owner of a Chevy Cruze!
