WORST DEALERSHIP EVER I have been a customer for Alberta Honda for over 5 years. I took my car for repair and detailing on August 21. I picked the car on Saturday August 25 I have been a customer for Alberta Honda for over 5 years. I took my car for repair and detailing on August 21. I picked the car on Saturday August 25 but i realized before leaving the compound the eject button for the Cd was missing. I made u turn and informed the problem Melisa the service advisor and she told me to come back on Monday August 27 so they can order the part for me. I went to dealership today and i was asked if i have a proof? I have been bringing my Crv since 2014 for service at Alberta Honda did i asked for parts missing before? why know? I filed complaint with BBB and i will go public with my story and seek legal action if the issue is not resolved immediately. My advise to others PLEASE STAY AWAY FROM ALBERTA HONDA,they rip you off.Common man/woman has no place in their businesses. I loved and driven Honda for a long time but due dishonest dealership i am done with Honda. SHAME ON ALBERTA HONDA. More

He didn't make false promises and when he didn't know an answer, he found it out! Every time he went for something, he ran! Wesley is excellent and we would definitely recommend Alberta Honda to anyone. My mom came in around the same time and she also had a great experience with Richard. Richard took us all on a test drive and showed us all the details of the CR-V. He is very knowledgeable about the product. We dealt with sales manager, Bjorn and he was also very honest and accommodating. Overall, great, up-front sales team and easy to deal with. Absolutely zero hassle. She listened to us, was polite, explained things well, while always making us know we were getting our needs met all the way. SELFLESSLY helped me get the car I really wanted! I was hunting all over BC and Alberta for a Honda Clarity, and from what I was told, Alberta Honda had the last one available in Canada and there woul I was hunting all over BC and Alberta for a Honda Clarity, and from what I was told, Alberta Honda had the last one available in Canada and there wouldn't be any more until January. I worked with the Nic and Alex there to remotely purchase the vehicle and have it shipped to me in BC. During the process, however, I found out that the BC Rebate for a clean energy car would not apply to my purchase if I didn't purchase the car from BC dealership. (This program has a substantial value to it.) Alex Yachimec, Scott Hourie and Justin Quach all bent over backwards to help me with the initial purchase and shipping in to BC, and then when they found out how much the program would cost me they selflessly helped me to transfer that sale to a BC dealership, which also meant that they gave away the sale and shipped the car to a dealership near me in BC. They could have easily saved the car for another customer there but instead chose to help me get the car I wanted. I can't explain how much I appreciate this kind of service and I wish there was a way for me to repay their kindness, as I am sure that giving away the car cost them some or all of the commission that they would have received from the sale. Scott also made sure that the local dealership maintained the additional programs and pricing that I was purchasing from them for the car. They gave me STELLAR SERVICE at their own cost. Thank you to your whole team at Alberta Honda. Scott, Alex, Nic and Justin have all earned my trust and I have full confidence in recommending them to all my friends in Alberta who are looking for a new vehicle. More
