He gave us the impression that we were wasting his time. Then Naomi took over, she was very helpful and accommodating. She went over the in and outs the civic and accord. Was very knowledgeable! We then settled on a used accord, and a few days later had some difficulties starting the engine. We brought it back to the dealership and Naomi went above and beyond to help us with our situation. She set some things up to accommodate for the lack of a vehicle while it was in service and kept in contact to make sure everything was good. More
