Thank goodness for an amazing Sales Rep! I did say I would use this dealership again but not if the sales Manager is named Will. I did most of my deal over the phone, and my Sales rep “Matthe I did say I would use this dealership again but not if the sales Manager is named Will. I did most of my deal over the phone, and my Sales rep “Matthew Dickie” was one of the best I have ever purchased from. Will gave me a deal on my vehicle. We closed the deal over the phone for some of the details like Mats, Under coating, and 3M. He sent me my offer agreement and the $899.00 safety and security package was included and I honestly expected it to be as the other dealership I was dealing with also had this included. I signed this offer agreement and sent it back. When I ended up in finance I was then Told no, that would be additional to the agreed upon price though it was clearly listed in my offer agreement. What upset me is that Will tried to tell me it wasn’t discussed and it was only an offer agreement. In my option just as they would have kept my deposit if I would not have followed thorough they did not follow through with what was in the agreement. It was kind of sad to see a grown man “professional” place blame on me and say we didn’t talk about it instead of take accountability for not scratching that off the agreement or explaining that it wasn’t included in this case. We had both signed the agreement and I did not get what was on the paper. Finance tried to offer me a “deal” if I bought something else however it left a bad taste in my mouth and at that point I didn’t even bother buying extended warranty, I just wanted to get out of there. I also noticed that the 3 rd party tint I had done seemed to confuse everyone. Perhaps there was miscommunication. Finance was supposed to take my payment, and then service, and then.... I was bounced around and no one seemed to know who I paid. It was eventually figured out with the help of my Sales Rep. being a bigger dealership with many staff, perhaps communication is not always clear. I was happy with my end result and Ig did get figured out. These little details are important to me especially when I am buying a vehicle over the phone. Use this dealership .... just not Will. Deal with Matt and Sales Manager Warren and you will be happy. More on Matt... he was friendly, responsive, patient as he worked with me once one of the cars I was trying to get sold, and he truly had the best interest of the customer in mind. In all of the communication issues with the tint etc. He remained helpful and got things figured out. Best part, he was honest and upfront. The offer agreement issue had nothing to do with him. He’s a straight shooter and will do his best to get you the vehicle you want. More
