I was a customer of Alberta Honda since 2006 and we parted ways in 2012 due to repeated bad experience in sales and service departments which I directly attribute to ownership/management who placed lit parted ways in 2012 due to repeated bad experience in sales and service departments which I directly attribute to ownership/management who placed little value on customer service. I returned this year based solely on location to only view a vehicle I was interested in person, which you cannot do on the internet. To my pleasure this is where I met Richard Yao and Warren Evans. Richard was a great salesman who served both his position and the customer with integrity and respected my wife and I with his answers and knowledge of the industry, product and market. Warren did not waste time and was extremely professional during the entire process. He did not pull cheesy sales manager lines and project offensive body language. If your looking for a vehicle, you won’t regret seeking these gentleman. I will admit this sale would not have happened at Alberta Honda if they were not there. I also commend the owners on taking efforts to improve their dealership by replacing the management team. They were very helpful and supportive with what I was looking for in both my trade in and I just purchased a new 2019 Honda Pilot from Alberta Honda. They were very helpful and supportive with what I was looking for in both my trade in and monthly payments for the new vehicle. I would strongly suggest going into Alberta Honda and talking to them. I used to go to Sherwood Honda and its like night and day with the customer service you receive at Alberta Honda. They will work with you in what you want and are looking for, they were also honest people and even though with my trade in they were not going to make much profit off it they still gave me what I wanted and as a buyer I appreciate that. They don't low ball you or aren't crooks like Sherwood Honda they do the best they can to help put you in the vehicle you want. More

Poor customer service Selling crap tires on vehicles Bought a 2018 Honda Crv from Alberta Honda when I took it in for my first service they came and told me that I only had 1% left on my tires. My car o Bought a 2018 Honda Crv from Alberta Honda when I took it in for my first service they came and told me that I only had 1% left on my tires. My car only had 27000. klm they did nothing for me. I called Honda Canada they still have not called me back to this day. Went into Sherwood Park Honda for some information on a different issue told them about my tires they took it in and looked at my tires. They came out and gave me 750.00 credit to replace my tires what great customer service Sherwood Park Honda has Thank you More

Poor customer service and quality of work After spending over $1000 for Honda windshield and installation, racallibration only to pick up car, finding out it was sent out for installation. After spending over $1000 for Honda windshield and installation, racallibration only to pick up car, finding out it was sent out for installation. Seal isn't done very well and 2 parts that were pulled off to fit windshield in don't fit properly now. . We were supposed to be contacted back, never were. We are over 1hr away so don't have time to deal with this dealership anymore. Poor service every time we have to go there. More
