I utilized the service dept. For the first time and was beyond impressed with the service advisor, Allegra, and the repair time estimate was exactly as stated. I brought my hrv honda after after work without appointment staff were accommodating and friendly, service was fast and efficient. Terrible experience. Walked away from the sale. High pressure sales tactic trying to get you to finance the vehicle. (The dealer makes more money that way) They finally a Walked away from the sale. High pressure sales tactic trying to get you to finance the vehicle. (The dealer makes more money that way) They finally agreed to a cash deal, only to raise the price by $2000. Sales manager said they had the car priced below market initially and adjusted it from the time I had been given the first pricing. Fredric was nice enough, but the whole experience left a bad taste.
