Alex did a great job in making us satisfied with our new crv sales people were great but I have some concerns about the service department. Brought car home and checked oil and found the drain plug leaking. This sales people were great but I have some concerns about the service department. Brought car home and checked oil and found the drain plug leaking. This should have been checked on pre delivery. Then the low tire pressure indicator came on, took it back to them and mechanic said he checked tire pressure and reset indicator. Six blocks away indicator came back on. Took it home and checked tire pressures myself and found four pound variance. Recharged all four tires to same pressure and reset indicator. Now working good. I would really question the maintenance shops capability. More

Moe and his team were very knowledgeable about their products and services, and everyone was very easy to talk to. At no point during my experience did I feel any "sales pressure to buy" as would get from most dealerships. This dealership had an atmosphere of feeling like home, and you would definitely see that from all the smiles and sincere greetings from all the staff. They all made me feel like one of the family. My five year old daughter also loved all the candies and balloons from both Moe and Ray. These two guys are amazing at entertaining my daughter so that I could have time to shop for my vehicle. I would also like to thank Moe, Alex, Justin, and anyone that I missed on the day of my pick up of my Pilot.
