It even took me almost a month to make a decision to buy, but when I went back he was patient & willing to make a deal that would suit my needs. I bought a new HR-V EX, and waited almost 5 weeks for it to arrive but it was well worth the wait! They even helped me set up a pick up date while I was on vacation! After two and a half months of owning the car I am extremely happy :) All the staff at Alberta Honda we're very accommodating & I definitely recommend seeing Adam!! More

A wonderful experience! I had two things I wanted in a vehicle: a good vehicle in the winter and easy to turn when parking! The Honda Pilot is the perfect vehicle. David let I had two things I wanted in a vehicle: a good vehicle in the winter and easy to turn when parking! The Honda Pilot is the perfect vehicle. David let us know about the way the tires pull independently (awesome for winter driving) and also how the frame of the vehicle is made to take an impact of a collision. We test drove it with David and then he let us take it home to try it with the whole family. The road noise was so minimal that I could hear the kids talking when they were in the thrid row seats , even on the highway! Then there was the camera on the side mirror and the steering wheel which let you know when you were drifting out of the lane! Oh, and of course, don't forget the heated seats! David was friendly, easy to talk to , knowledgeable and make us feel very comfortable. Thank you David for all the great experience! More

Nice Experience I dealt with Adam over the phone mostly. Trying to get the vehicle and options for a price I was happy with. HAted it. Will never recommend it. I just hated the experience. I went there to just check out the real deal in showroom after my online search. i just meet a random sales person and le I just hated the experience. Then came the pricing stuff and he said around 44k for a crv touring model. i was a little skeptical and searched online again on my phone and said that see the retail price is quite less. He got confused and went inside to see the manager. The manager came and said that yes we are having the price over the retail bcos the car is in huge demand and we have only 2-3 left in stock. They really thought i was a fool must have bcos i know where they keep all of their stock. Anyways ii just said thats absurd. Its against the company rules specially when you are caught red handed by a customer. And it didnt sopped there when we were leaving the sales agent said that (with an attitude) its our wish if we want to sell car or not and to whom. My god those lines said by this sales person named TONY will ever be in my head. And whatever happens i will never recommend Alberta Honda to anyone ever. This thing happened around a month back and after that i went to many dealerships but none of them had this kind of attitude... More

Recommend! I bought my very first car at Alberta Honda. I was not fully convince to get the car anymore but, I decided to go down there to check the car once aga I bought my very first car at Alberta Honda. I was not fully convince to get the car anymore but, I decided to go down there to check the car once again to make sure I made a right decision. I was supposed to buy the Honda HRV EX but end up buying HONDA HRV EX-L NAVI which is the fully loaded version of HRV EX. Martin Song was kind to show me the HRV EX and let me do the test drive. He told me the difference between HRV EX and HRV EX-L NAVI. I like that he did not force me to buy the EX-L NAVI. He let me decide for myself which one I would like best. I know some dealers would insist you to get a much expensive vehicle just to get more money but, I was happy that he told me the difference between two models and work with the price that will suit for my budget. Ray Tarrabain is the Finance Manager that assist me on getting the finance and was kind enough to answer all my question even I know he was busy. I appreciate that he call and email me back every time I have a question. I would definitely recommend Alberta Honda for first time buyer. More
