DO NOT GO TO THIS LOCATION I have a very bad experience so I highly recommend not to take your car for service at this location. Before couple of months, I drop my car Honda CRV I have a very bad experience so I highly recommend not to take your car for service at this location. Before couple of months, I drop my car Honda CRV for service and after few hours I received a call from this location telling me you need to change your filters and we need to alignment to your wheels. They will scare you to the death by telling this could happen or that could happen to your car if you don't do it. So at that time I went ahead with whatever they suggested and I got a bill of $600.00. This morning I went again to this location for oil change and without checking they told me you need to change your filters. I was like how do you know without checking as I already change my filters before couple of months. His response was oh I didn't know that. This location wont see me anymore there. Some problems even though don't exist in your car but they will create one so that they can have more money. DO NOT GO TO THIS LOCATION. More

Dishonest you don't want to buy a car from this group. they are dishonest. they have done damage to my car which they refuse to take responsibility for. My headlight was damaged when returning to fix the 8th error for my 3M, my windshield was damaged at pick up and I was never replied to after emails to them, the navigation isn't workjng properly because they don't know how to do a predelivery inspection, I had missing plastic snaps in the engine bay, my N2 tires were over inflated and they didn't want to drain the air out from the over inflation and fill it proper again with n2, I was given the car dirty when I bought it new and they told me it is not their policy to clean cars before a purchase. After reading many of the other posts from ripped off customers it is obvious this group doesn't care about the people they sell their cars to and they shouldn't be able to run a business in Alberta. They are thieves. you will most likely have problems dealing with them. please contact me if you have any questions. More

The manager, Alex, is also excellent. He gave the impression from the outset that his role was to actually win our business. This is rare in my experience. He came up with a trade in option that really suited our needs and then helped us with some extra touches that just underlined we were at the right dealership. Only Miss Lorraine got an approval for me in Edmonton. When I am finally ready to get the car, I don't have a ride. She offered and picked me up in Saskatchewan then drive home with a car. I'm new at work buy they got me approved with 60 days no payments. I really appreciate all her help, the headache is gone, now I can settle in Canada. She took an extra mile to help me. Kim also advised me about how credit works and discuss the numbers really well. Job well done to Lorraine and Kim. More

When I said I will rather give my business to Go Honda who offered me $40 off without any bargain he said "I believe you are taking advantage of my kindness" It just pissed me off and I refused to do any business with them even if they offered me a lower price than Go Honda More
