Warranty service I would advise any of you reading this stay far away from this dealership. I would rather give my money away then spend it at Alberta Honda/honda Can I would advise any of you reading this stay far away from this dealership. I would rather give my money away then spend it at Alberta Honda/honda Canada. To sum up my experience I took my 2013 CRV with 64,000 KMs In to Alberta Honda because of a 4x4 light. They made me spend 100 for a diagnose fee and another 100 to change the differential oil to our surprise the next day the light came back on. I took it back and they will not honour their warranty because at 27xxx they recommended changing the diff oil I refused... 27000kms for a differential oil change?? My 2013 tacoma recommends every 64000kms or 2 years so how could a Honda drive train require 27000 kms? Now they want me to spend another diagnose fee to see what the problem is and we now have to pay to fix the drivetrain I could give them zero stars Trust me, take your car elsewhere. More
No High Pressure Sale 😀 I knew exactly what car I wanted. I called, let them know when I would be there. After arriving I had the car I wanted with the options I requested an I knew exactly what car I wanted. I called, let them know when I would be there. After arriving I had the car I wanted with the options I requested and was out of there within about an hour. Hassle free. No high pressure up sales. Requested my car for pick up a few days later without any delays. Follow up call received a week then a month after pick up. I like the online access to my future service history. Great dealership, friendly staff. Highly recommend if you are looking for a vehicle or service. Thanks Adam Cantor for an easy and hassle free buying experience from you!!! More

Unfortunately it had gone way down hill and the assistant service manager Maria Margiotta is in my opinion a big reason for that. Her arrogance and lack of respect for the customer in my opinion is more than enough reason not to buy another vehicle at this location. Honda in general make good vehicles....just don't purchase it at Alberta Honda. More
2016 Pilot - Northern Canada Use. Safety Concern unresolved Dealer unable to correct issue - Power windows stay down -20 temperatures. Must pull over when safe location along highway is found and force windows Dealer unable to correct issue - Power windows stay down -20 temperatures. Must pull over when safe location along highway is found and force windows up.. Took three men 20 minutes first time it happened in Northern Alberta. Motors may too week to close. Service Technician said motors are not as powerful as they were on older vehicles. Technician Could not pin point problem after 6 hrs in dealer. Service Advisor informed me they may need to be lubed when SUV was first dropped off. Returned to -20 Temperatures today and tried one of the pass trouble windows, thank goodness I was in my driveway, took ten minutes to force window passenger side up. - Defogger not clearing side rear windows and drivers side - told by service Manager to turn window defogger on Full and recirculate the air in cab. If dealer to trouble shoot, I would have to pay. - Sales did not honor verbal/text agreed to contract to provide Winter Matts, Told Sales guy no longer works for dealership. - will keep you posted on outcome. Excellent Sales Service A few months ago I shopped at three Honda dealerships in the Edmonton area and two in the surrounding area. I was looking for a new 2016 Honda Civic A few months ago I shopped at three Honda dealerships in the Edmonton area and two in the surrounding area. I was looking for a new 2016 Honda Civic LX sedan. Martin Song gave me the best price out of all the dealerships I went to. Martin was honest and straight forward. He did not hide any fees and gave me the "best drive away price". Unfortunately I had to put a down payment down on a new condo so I couldn't complete the deal. I would recommend Martin Song and Alberta Honda to my friends and I look forward to coming to Alberta Honda in the future. John Stryker More

Alberta Honda informed me the power steering cord was replaced. Shortly after steering wheel became stiff to move and unable to make turns. Took vehicle into my personal mechanic and he informed me my power steering cord was installed incorrectly and was about to fall off. Mechanics are not properly trained to repair vehicles. Contacted Service Manager and General Manager and they were not willing to discuss the matter. Said if I had a problem with my vehicle I should have returned to Alberta Honda. Obviously the Mechanic and Service Manager signed off on the work order. Attempted to bring this up with the Principle of Alberta Honda as per Honda Canada but they refused to provide me with their contact information. Never use Alberta Honda for car repairs. They would rather see their customers in car accidents than repair their vehicles properly. Honda does not stand by there work. More

Don't honor their contracts, Bait and switch Bought a car from this dealership two years ago. had written in contract that get a courtesy car when car is in for services. They have yet to off Bought a car from this dealership two years ago. had written in contract that get a courtesy car when car is in for services. They have yet to offer one, just asked for one and the comment was that the recall will not take long. Also when bought the car we bought it on the condition that it could have heated seats added, once paid the down payment could no longer get the heated seats. More
Never Purchase Honda Hybrid!!! I recently went in to get a check engine light diagnosed, they did a quick diagnostics in front of me, I was told I would get full description of the issues and the amount to fix it. When I went back 2 hours later the guy had the same paper and I didn't get any paper stating what the problem was for my record, he told me they didn't do that because they only kept record. I paid $172 for Alberta Honda to keep record of the problem, the truth is they never performed the actual diagnostics and I was giving the quick version. But he offered me a complementary car wash, that I would have to wait 30 minutes to an hour, I declined, I will never go back to Alberta Honda ever again. I was told that the IMA battery was done and I was quoted over $5500 to fix it. I did a quick google search about this issue and found out there was a class action lawsuit against Honda for these IMA batteries dying on customers. I called Honda Canada customer service and they told me the class action lawsuit only covered 9 years and 150,000 km warranty. The car is probably worth $5000 to $5500, my plan was to purchase a brand new Honda HR-V in the summer of 2017. I'm just going to keep driving this car until the IMA battery dies because I can't sell this lemon to anyone else. Next time I will do research on the car maker, and the dealership that will be servicing my next new small SUV AWD. More
Horrible scam I was told by phone call that we are approved with the new truck that we wanted, but when we came to the dealership see them. They told us was a mista I was told by phone call that we are approved with the new truck that we wanted, but when we came to the dealership see them. They told us was a mistake , we are only approved for something else and has to pay more interests on the car, which they could told us on the phone and not wasting our time, we are from out of time, and have had driven for 1 1/2 hour . And been talked to the salesman for few times to make sure the car we wanted is approved before we get there, he been saying no problem , but never mentioned the truck that we wanted is not approved. We got a feeling they tried to drag us there first without saying the truth, then talked us into something else, which is really dishonest . Definitely not recommend to friends and families . More
