Will lied to me when I asked why the vehicle was traded in with only 11,000km on it, stating it was a “management” vehicle. Turns out the vehicle was actually a service loaner which was not disclosed to me in with only 11,000km on it, stating it was a “management” vehicle. Turns out the vehicle was actually a service loaner which was not disclosed to me, the vehicle also had engine issues a month prior which the dealership did not report to CarFax or disclose to me. I did not find this information out until about three months after buying the vehicle. Will also gloated over telephone that he “has the best salesperson reviews and has a plaque for same” but while we were at the dealership, he asked us to give him a review while we were sitting in front of him at his desk. This would make almost anyone feel awkward and half inclined to write a decent review, and I personally think this is not good practice, and is probably why Will has “the best reviews” as per his statement. Just a terrible experience.
