Never deal with this dealership again I was dealing with a silver spoon jock named Syd. On the dealer site they he quoted a happy customer: "I already knew what I was looking for but I I was dealing with a silver spoon jock named Syd. On the dealer site they he quoted a happy customer: "I already knew what I was looking for but I was impressed by Syd's ability to improvise and get me in my first choice car on budget. There wasn't really a lot of discussion about the cars since I had already done my research before I came in but I was super impressed by his ability to listen and get me in the car of my choice. Very professional, a good listener. I came in thinking I was getting a Versa Note and I came away with the Rogue, my preferred car, thanks to Syd providing an affordable option. Very pleased with the outcome. Susan J." I can assure your that this is the funniest pile of crap I have ever read because from my experience it's the contrary. I feel sorry for her to fall for Syd's selling strategy. When I was in there to get a pricing, he talked down to me then applied mundane, rude, and condescending attitude combined with high pressure selling strategies in trying close the sale. I guess the logic behind this is that I would buy the car by proving to him that I have money to proceed with the sale. Anyone with half a brain can see the game and as customer you shouldn't have to walk into a sales office and try to prove anything other than get the best price for the car you want. Syd, acted like he was doing me a favor and when I didn't fall for his gig he acted very condescending. My experience dealing with him will be my last as I'd rather pay a little more and deal with a sales manager who's not full of himself and can treat potential customers with respect. By the way, also notice the low chairs in his office. It's an old and overused psychological selling strategy to have a potential buyer sitting lower than his fat silver spoon rear end. More
