Great service I dont often write reviews simply because I find that the people who do, are doing them because they had bad experiences and you never get to hear ab I dont often write reviews simply because I find that the people who do, are doing them because they had bad experiences and you never get to hear about the good ones. But I would like to share my positive experience. Was having issues with my Maxima, and had taken it to a local garage and had zero luck addressing the issue, So I figured i would take it to a Nissan Dealership they found the problem in which the local garage couldn't and even through in a couple perks. Since then I have traded in the maxima getting very fair value after shopping it around and bought a Titan off them and after dealing with the GM Jeff who was very helpful and assured me if I needed anything to give him a call which he has kept his word on. More

Bought a Nissan Altima manager Jeoff Car was delivered after a month as they did not get the title deed and in turn offered me 8 oil changes as compensation. refused to give it in writing Car was delivered after a month as they did not get the title deed and in turn offered me 8 oil changes as compensation. refused to give it in writing and was informed that its on the system. Went for oil change and there is no record of it. Manager Jeoff who I dealt with has left , secretary has left new manager Mike did not want to listen to what I had to say all he wanted was do I have the compensation of 8 oil changes in writing. Paid for the oil change and walked away . Poor customer service. Will never recommend this dealership. More
