Hello Aziz, thank you for taking the time to provide us with feedback about your recent visit. We would like to take a moment to review the details of your visit, what we discovered and how we came to the conclusion we did. You are correct that Alf (one of Ajax Nissan’s most experienced Senior Technician’s) was the employee who looked at your vehicle. Our records indicate that when Alf checked the transmission dip stick he noticed that there was little-to-no transmission fluid and he reported this information to Rick, your Service Advisor. As you indicated, you purchased your Rogue pre-owned and after only “2000km you noticed strange things happening with the transmission”, and you also mentioned that you have had the oil and transmission fluids changed recently. Unfortunately, the receipt that you provided only shows the purchase of oil from our dealership (purchased by your mechanic) but no receipt or proof showing that any oil or transmission fluid work had been performed on your Rogue. Based on this information and following all of the procedures and guidelines mandated, your vehicle was denied the warranty claim by Nissan Canada. At this time Nissan Canada is investigating your claim of your vehicle being repaired at another Nissan dealership at this time.
