Unpleasant experience from Ajax Nissan I took a pre-owned 2020 Toyota Corolla from Ajax Nissan by mid of May 2022. While purchasing the vehicle we had paid an extra $699 for a guaranteed vehicle ch pre-owned 2020 Toyota Corolla from Ajax Nissan by mid of May 2022. While purchasing the vehicle we had paid an extra $699 for a guaranteed vehicle check-up (Ajax Nissan CPO Six Months). After a month of purchase, we realized that the spare key they had provided for us was not working. We tried contacting and visiting them multiple times for an appointment to identify the problem. On 13th June 2022, I went to the showroom the finding out about the issue and they said I need to book an appointment to analyze the issue. So I provided the details and the "Customer Service Executive" booked an appointment for me on 16th June 2022. I went back to the showroom on 16th June, and they replied that their technician is not available to look over the issue and they booked another day (27th June 2022) for the appointment. I went back again on 27th and the "Customer Service Executive" said that they can't look into this issue, because the vehicle is a "Toyota" make. I had already informed on my first visit that, my car is a Toyota car and they should have at least informed me that, they won't be able to look into this issue because of a different brand. Later I went to a Toyota showroom to find out the issue and within 10 minutes, they informed me that the spare key that Ajax Nissan had provided doesn't belong to my car. I went back to Ajax Nissan on 7th July and I met the "Sales Manager" in person to inform this and asked for help to get my original spare key. He agreed that they will find a solution within a week and will contact me. I tried contacting them to date through multiple ways like phone calls, messages, and emails, but until today I haven't received any response from Ajax Nissan. This clearly shows how Ajax Nissan treats their customers after the sales. As a customer, this is the worst experience that I had experienced from a vehicle dealer. More
Sales team 5 star, Dan was great purchase our second Nissan Pathfinder there. Service department 1 star. Multiple issues with this Pathfinder currently still awaiting service but no parts or even a follow up. I’m sick of calling just getting the runaround. For this reason I won’t be purchasing anything else from Ajax Nissan nor will I be purchasing another Nissan in the future. Own two pathfinders in the last 4 years but this 2020 is a lemon. More
