Good afternoon Robert, thank you for reaching out to us. We're sorry to hear of your experience. We see that you have also left us a review on Yelp. As we shared on Yelp, from our understanding, you were informed that our Controller was dealing with a family emergency, and therefore the cheque was not ready last Friday. We apologize for that convince. Our General Manager was in communications with you on Saturday, and you were informed that you were going to receive your Trade-in cheque by courier for Monday. You were also given a tracking number for the cheque. Unfortunately, you were not home when the courier arrived and was left a note to pick up your cheque form the post depot. At this time, we're not sure how much further we can assist you. Thank you.

1. Why was I made to wait 30 minutes and then search the dealership for the sales rep, when I had a confirmed appointment for 3pm? 2. I picked up the car on a Thursday - I was told the chegue would be sent Friday. I had to call the dealership on Saturday to find out it was not going to be sent until Monday. On Monday, it was not done until later in the day, so it could not arrive until Tuesday. I stayed home Monday to be able to get the cheque. 3. How can a dealership have need 2 signatures and only have two people who can sign? Do they never go on holiday? 4. What about the car mats? My daughter had to send me pictures as she was confused - I had to call the dealership to point it out to them - no apology. Just an "Oh. Ok". I had to ask to have them sent to her (as I think the sales rep wanted her to drive back from Toronto) Let's just be honest - it was very poorly managed. Maybe Ajax Nissan was having a bad week, but that's not my problem - I bought 2 cars and expected reasonable customer service and attention to detail. You did not deliver it.
