Hi Hala and Craig, To fill in a few missing details in your review: We did come to an agreement about the return of your previous vehicle and we both agreed that you were to let us know by Tuesday if you had any issues or concerns with the return of your Audi. Tuesday came and went, and you called us on Thursday to add an extended warranty to your vehicle and also gave us the confirmation of insurance from your agent. Then on the day of delivery (Friday) you emailed to say you wanted to cancel. We would love to help you with the return of your previous vehicle, or just to sit down and have a discussion about options at this time. We look forward to hearing from you!

I must express my dissatisfaction with the misrepresentation of information on your part. In our previous interactions, the conformation your finance manager asked for was regarding the extra warranty and the pick-up time for Friday, as evidenced by our email correspondence. To clarify, the verbal agreement we reached regarding my lease car was NEVER tied to a specific time, as it was contingent upon the timing of the Audi dealership. It was only logical to assume that once I provided you with my insurance details, I acted with complete honesty and transparency in relation to my purchase. Therefore, it was reasonable to expect that I could return my old car on Thursday to ensure a smooth transition to the new one on Friday. Unfortunately, my request was rejected, and my attempts to reach any member of your team were met with silence. Consequently, I find it impossible to place any trust in your words or conduct further dealings with your dealership. I kindly request that you fulfill your promise and issue the refund promptly.
