Buyer Beware: Purchasing a brand new vehicle shouldn't be a nightmarish experience. Upon picking up my brand new vehicle I noticed a manufacturing defect on the driver's side door. There was a welding imperfection with missing paint on the door. They informed me that it was covered under warranty and would have it repaired. When I picked up my vehicle after the repair of the manufacturer defect, I noticed there were numerous scratches throughout the interior and exterior of the vehicle. Apparently they cleaned my car after repairing it however completely scratched it. They offered to polish my car but the scratches reappeared after 3 months. I contacted them to inquire about a more permanent solution but they declined. I was also educated by Nissan Canada that a consumer doesn't have any rights once they drive a brand new vehicle off their lot. More

Just a money-grab business: I regret to inform you that my experience with the Nissan Ajax dealership was extremely unsatisfactory. Despite engaging in a verbal agreement, the dealership displayed a c that my experience with the Nissan Ajax dealership was extremely unsatisfactory. Despite engaging in a verbal agreement, the dealership displayed a complete lack of integrity and acted deceptively. Not only did they fail to honor their promise of a refund, which was explicitly guaranteed by their manager Patrick, salesperson Moe, and finance person Amit, but they also demonstrated a disheartening level of unprofessionalism by evading my inquiries and necessitating persistent follow-ups on my part. This disappointing business encounter has left me utterly dismayed, and I strongly caution others against engaging with the Nissan Ajax dealership due to their unreliable and untrustworthy practices. I have tried to get a service appointment for two weeks. Oil change and tire rotation. I talked to the guy and told him that this is absolute nonsense, it's upselling that not required and it's very misleading. I was told that if they didn't tell you what was available, then they wouldn't be doing their job right, with a condescending attitude. I own one Nissan and two infiniti's. I told the guy, it's the last car you'll see of mine. If an elderly person got this email, they would be very concerned and probably approve this unnecessary work, makes me wonder, is that where they get their money? More
Unpleasant experience from Ajax Nissan I took a pre-owned 2020 Toyota Corolla from Ajax Nissan by mid of May 2022. While purchasing the vehicle we had paid an extra $699 for a guaranteed vehicle ch pre-owned 2020 Toyota Corolla from Ajax Nissan by mid of May 2022. While purchasing the vehicle we had paid an extra $699 for a guaranteed vehicle check-up (Ajax Nissan CPO Six Months). After a month of purchase, we realized that the spare key they had provided for us was not working. We tried contacting and visiting them multiple times for an appointment to identify the problem. On 13th June 2022, I went to the showroom the finding out about the issue and they said I need to book an appointment to analyze the issue. So I provided the details and the "Customer Service Executive" booked an appointment for me on 16th June 2022. I went back to the showroom on 16th June, and they replied that their technician is not available to look over the issue and they booked another day (27th June 2022) for the appointment. I went back again on 27th and the "Customer Service Executive" said that they can't look into this issue, because the vehicle is a "Toyota" make. I had already informed on my first visit that, my car is a Toyota car and they should have at least informed me that, they won't be able to look into this issue because of a different brand. Later I went to a Toyota showroom to find out the issue and within 10 minutes, they informed me that the spare key that Ajax Nissan had provided doesn't belong to my car. I went back to Ajax Nissan on 7th July and I met the "Sales Manager" in person to inform this and asked for help to get my original spare key. He agreed that they will find a solution within a week and will contact me. I tried contacting them to date through multiple ways like phone calls, messages, and emails, but until today I haven't received any response from Ajax Nissan. This clearly shows how Ajax Nissan treats their customers after the sales. As a customer, this is the worst experience that I had experienced from a vehicle dealer. More
