Even during the coldest stretch of the bitter January, Amanda helped change liscense plates, warm the new vehicle and go through all the features and options I need to know. He’s very personable and easy to deal with (no pressure). While we were waiting for the dealership to locate the colour we wanted he was in touch by email almost daily for a week. When we picked up the car he went over everything thoroughly and again followed up the next day to see how we were liking the car. He is prompt to also respond to any emails I have sent with questions. I would definitely recommend him to anyone I know that is interested in purchasing a vehicle there. More

Great until they make a sale I purchased a brand new vehicle back in October, from this Ajax Hyundai. Upon picking up my vehicle I realized it was missing apart when I asked whe I purchased a brand new vehicle back in October, from this Ajax Hyundai. Upon picking up my vehicle I realized it was missing apart when I asked where it was, the sales man replied with ”you know more than I do about this car, I’ll have to ask”. Upon returning, he promised he would ship the part to my home… It is now mid December when I purchased my vehicle in October and still haven’t seen the part. Last week I received a call saying that I needed to come pick it up, to which they told me they’d ship it to my home. It wouldn’t be an issue to pick it up but I like 2 hrs away from this dealer (the only dealer that had the car I wanted at the time) and said they would ship it but if it was lost “it’s not our issue, we already spent too much money getting it here” let me remind you I purchased A BRAND NEW VEHICLE, it shouldn’t be missing anything!!! I asked for a tracking number on the package and was told I would receive an email with a tracking number.. this was Monday, it is now Friday and I haven’t received any email, nor can I get ahold of the sales associate. When I ask to speak to a manager “they are busy with a client”. I didn’t think that I’d be playing so many games when purchasing a brand new car. AWFUL experience and wouldn’t recommend this dealership at all.. I would hate for anyone else to be lied to months. More
