Terrible Service. Didn't fix problem. Ignored me for a week. I brought my 2017/30,000km Accent in for a strange clicking noise coming from my front right tire. Sound coming from the footwell of the front passenger. Only makes noise when slowly turning out of a parking spot. I tried to book a service appointment via phone, but after 2 days of unreturned messages, I went into the dealership to book with a live person. I dropped my car off a couple of days later, and they called me to report that the issue with the noise was that my back rotors and pads needed to be replaced (which is weird, I didn't experience and brake fatigue issues, and the sound is obviously coming from the front.) I challenged the diagnosis but was reassured that the noise was due to the rear brakes...I had them replaced for $680. When I picked up the car at 5pm, the sound was still there. It's obvious that the sound is there. I contacted the dealership for 6 days following...emails, phone messages, etc... it wasn't until I posted to their social media properties that they actually reached out to me to resolve. I was sold a brake job I probably didn't need on a report to check a noise that still exists after they serviced the car. So, out of pocket $680 for brakes on a manual car which is primarily highway driven with only 30K on the odometer...and I am still dealing with a car that most likely has a CV issue. Thanks Ajax Hyundai for not solving my original issue, giving me brakes I probably didn't need, and then ignoring me for a week when I was trying to resolve. I highly recommend everyone read through all of the reviews for this dealership before trusting them with your vehicles and expecting to be treated like a human being. Also, they quickly blocked me from their Facebook page once I posted my experience. At least they're paying attention to something at that 'business'. More

This was our first new car so we were nervous but Jerome was never pushy and went over all of our questions and answered them openly. He did his best to get us the deal we were looking. Once we purchased the vehicle we had a lot of questions and Jerome was patient and explained everything never rushing us (our 4 year old son was with us). we hope that will continue to have this kind of service and experience for several years. bad service and customer service I would not trust this dealership to put air in my tire. They charged for doing brake service which was not done. Then they charged to machine the rotors that they did not do. The pads were new but I had to get the brakes reserviced because I could not trust that they did it correctly. Even if you show them proof that they did not do the work they will not believe you and blame someone else. You would think they will put people safety first, instead they go for a quick profit. More

He was aware of my budget and guided me perfectly. His attitude was non aggressive and I felt that he truly cared that I was satisfied. After walking in I was attended to within 60 seconds. The work environment was friendly and professional, The staff followed up with phone calls when necessary. Derek carefully explained the contracts and offers available. I was impressed he took the time to call to inform me that there was a difference of a few cents between what was discussed and the final contract with the bank. He never took anything for granted. I have never had it so easy in purchasing a vehicle before. I will have no hesitation in recommending any one to Hyundai Ajax. I am sure the experience will be one of total satisfaction Vaughn More

As with some of the other reviews, it was Stephanie that made the difference. I've bought many cars and really hate dealing with stereotypical pushy car salespeople. Stephanie was the opposite of that; no pressure, knowledgeable, helpful and coordinated everything so we were more than satisfied customers. Thank you, Stephanie. More

All the staff and sales representative Amanda treated me with the utmost kindness, consideration, super detailed and thorough and patient in helping with picking the right vehicle for me. Even during the coldest stretch of the bitter January, Amanda helped change liscense plates, warm the new vehicle and go through all the features and options I need to know. Extremely positive and rewarding experience. More

He’s very personable and easy to deal with (no pressure). While we were waiting for the dealership to locate the colour we wanted he was in touch by email almost daily for a week. When we picked up the car he went over everything thoroughly and again followed up the next day to see how we were liking the car. He is prompt to also respond to any emails I have sent with questions. I would definitely recommend him to anyone I know that is interested in purchasing a vehicle there. More
