TERRIBLE just bought a 2016 hyundai genesis coupe, my sales person was definitely new, name was len, he didn't know much of anything about the car... the car just bought a 2016 hyundai genesis coupe, my sales person was definitely new, name was len, he didn't know much of anything about the car... the car was then purchased and I had some after market rims I wanted to put on, they didn't end up fitting but during the process they damaged my rims as well as my new car rims. I was told to go and pick my car up Tuesday night, upon arrival the car was in the shop on 3 wheels because they damaged the rim and couldn't get it back on and didn't tell me till I arrived that my car wouldn't be ready because the service department left and didn't tell anyone they damaged my rim. then I was told they are going to write me a cheque for the damages to my rims...said the cheque would be ready Tuesday, but I told them I was unable to make it Tuesday so they told me I could pick it up Monday. so I went tonight to get it and they told me it wasn't ready and if I couldn't come whenever it was ready they would have it mailed to me. this was said by the service manager roushan or however u spell it. was said very rudely too. never go there. you are better off to go somewhere else. Tire balaning I have a brand new Tucson 2016. From first day, I felt vibration around 95 to 100 KM/H, that is really annoying, specially on brand new car. They wo I have a brand new Tucson 2016. From first day, I felt vibration around 95 to 100 KM/H, that is really annoying, specially on brand new car. They worked on my car and did not charge for that service that I am happy about. But it seems they just shifted that vibration to 85 KM/H and could not do the proper job. Not only I am dissatisfy from that job, but also I do not know how steering-wheel is not straight and it is a little bit turned to right and needs alignment !!! Now, I have 2 problems. That job needs knowledgable technician, patience and calibrated balancing machine. What should I do ? More

Lee educated me on what I must know about the car I wanted and how he can help me achieve my dream car. Lee introduced me to Rami (A Financial Services Manager) who went out of his way and provided an Excellent service to get me that car I wanted. To cut my story Short, have you been dreaming of buying a new car and the other car dealers said to you they cannot help you.
