My experience with them was excellent! I'm not sure of why the recent spat of poor reviews - but it was not my experience - I got into my 2012 Hyundai Sonata Hybrid and it would not start I'm not sure of why the recent spat of poor reviews - but it was not my experience - I got into my 2012 Hyundai Sonata Hybrid and it would not start - found the battery was completely dead - probably because car left for 36 hours with the door ajar draining battery - Rachel Howes the service advisor made me an appointment for same day ( Saturday ) to have an AVR test - which they did and recharged my battery and did not invoice me for it. They did not have to do it that way - I had only had service there once before -but they chose to and I will be going back for paid service in the future. The car has the Malfunction Indicator light (MIL) turned on. I have faced the same issue earlier and the issue was earlier resolved after changing the Gas cap. The same light was turned on after couple of months and thought of taking the Car to the dealership near my home. I told them about the past history of the car. They checked the car again and charged me 130$ to identify that issue is 'near to the Gas tank'. On the second day they charged 290$ to remove the back seat for the detailed verification. Then they informed me that, there is a leak near the Gas Pump and needs to be replaced. The estimated cost was around 1300$. I took the car to another private service center and the issue was resolved and cost me only 50$. There was no leak in the Gas pump. I simply paid 400+ dollars which was total waste. DONT GO TO THIS SERVICE CENTER WITH YOUR OLD VEHICLE More

Exceptional Before I came to Ajax Hyundai, I went shopping around to 4 other Hyundai dealerships. This one, by far is the best! As soon as you enter, you are greeted with a friendly face who will take your info down to speak with a sales associate and you are offered beverages while you wait. I like this level of organization. That way you get your turn, and they can take their time with you. You are not hounded by sales people coming up to you where you feel overwhelmed. Jerome, by far is the best I've dealt with. He is so easy going, pleasant and polite. Not once was he ever pushy (take note Whitby Hyundai!!!!). It made for a good, comfortable experience. I initially walked away first time around, but I was so impressed with their customer service, I went back. I actually wanted to give them and Jerome my business, and I did. I got exactly what I wanted. I would 100% recommend them any day. Thank you Ajax Hyundai and Jerome! --DT More
Warranty repair completed successfully . An excellent warranty of 100,000 km or 5 years. Service rep called to advise status as promised. Did not explain however wh completed successfully .
