Fix one thing. Break another. AH forgot to return the wheel lock key so I had to make multiple trips to get a key before installing winter tires at another mechanic. AH flushed brake fluid but forgot to reconnect bleeder, fluid drained out, brake light came on, no apologies / compensation but they did fix the problem no charge. thanks. More

Bill payment department needs help. The last time I was in I was referred to log into air miles to register Hyundai for use. First and only vendor who needed this. Went home I tried, was rejected by air miles so a $1,000 bill did not qualify in October. Yesterday, another $1,000 bill for tires, no air miles, AND I had to specifically ask for the Uni-royal rebate chit. No problem wit Air Miles, I ditched the card after considering their attitude to me, the customer on rebates and ease of card use. Today's TOR star insight editorial specifically said corporations that succeed put the customers needs and interests first, ahead of their own.....help keep us stay in business and deliver as advertised. Last, a service advisor should understand a customer's needs and expectations. How long do I intend to keep my car? In what condition do we want to keep it in? New? Pristine? Just safe to drive? Whats my best trade time for asset management, cash flow management? This is what we expect it will cost/year versus a replacement newer car.... with .... updated features More
