Hopefully will be able to get our money back which is 2 years regarding a recall, that literally the work was done then the recalled lessed then 30 days, as it was December 2015 the dealership and our schedules didn't co-ordinate so took elsewhere January 2016 recall, visited Ajax location twice, then like all of us put a side. First time someone said oh the "girl" who took your stuff was fired, two years later I find out she resigned, anyway hopefully will get resolved and return of monies. More
My experience with my nail in the tire plug repair I call my dealer to advise them of my situation/occur and I was advise to come as soon as possible given dates/times available to me. I took my car i I call my dealer to advise them of my situation/occur and I was advise to come as soon as possible given dates/times available to me. I took my car in, filled out the necessary info pertaining to my situation. Left my keys with a pickup time. Service called to verify the work order and their findings and the cost to go ahead. I came to pick up my car and it was ready for me and even had a little wash done since we had some wintery weather my car looked very dirty from the salt. All and all it was a very good experience from start to end. More
