They were both readily available to answer any questions as they came up. They even went above and beyond to assist me in obtaining a temporary loaner vehicle during my short wait for delivery of my new vehicle. On my pick-up date, I was given a walk-through of my new purchase by Shannon (whose car knowledge and friendly manner was very impressive) and was also assisted with connecting my Bluetooth to my cellphone. After sales customer service was excellent. Amanda and Charles called several times to ensure I was satisfied and everything was fine with my new purchase. The entire Ajax Hyundai team were friendly and courteous. Thank you for that positive customer experience. I strongly recommend this dealership to anyone seeking a car. More
Fast, friendly scheduled maintenance I arrived on time and noticed the service area and parking was very busy but I was seen right away and my car had regular service for 72000 km plus fr I arrived on time and noticed the service area and parking was very busy but I was seen right away and my car had regular service for 72000 km plus front brakes were done and a "recall" cable was also installed. Car was ready well before the time I had asked for it and was washed too. Great experience, will definitely return. More

After visiting another dealership and gotten very poor service (about a five minutes test drive around the block and couldn't even check out the car a After visiting another dealership and gotten very poor service (about a five minutes test drive around the block and couldn't even check out the car after getting back to the dealership as the salesman was in a rush and he didn't return my calls after I tried book an appointment to go back to check the car out properly) I decided to try Ajax Hyundai . After being greeted by a friendly woman at the reception desk I told her I was interested in the Genesis, she then introduced me to Sean Harris. Sean had a G80 that he was using brought up to the front and gave me the keys and said go check it out take as long as you like. After checking out many of the features about 1/2 hour later Sean came and said he had an errand to run, hopped in the passenger seat and said drive (My unplanned test drive) Over an hour later we returned to the dealership after his errand and taking me to the storage facility where I saw a few more Genesis cars. Greater service than I expected no pressure. I returned the next day with my wife did another test drive. More
Traded in Hyundai Elantra for Tucson. Great servicr Everything was great except there is a 6 inch rip in the floor carpet. Was a rip at seatbelt in Elantra when I bought too.
