I gave my bottom price line & Jenny delivered! I had been looking between a competitor (FORD Escape) and the Tucson, comparing features and quotes from insurance. I bought the vehicle sight unseen and have to admit was a little nervous prior to delivery. However, when I arrived to get my vehicle - it was exactly as quoted over the phone. And I went on my lunch hour to pickup my new vehicle, staff were ready to go over all details of agreements, features of the Tucson and I arrived back at work within the hour! Great Job everyone! After being greeted by a friendly woman at the reception desk I told her I was interested in the Genesis, she then introduced me to Sean Harris. Sean had a G80 that he was using brought up to the front and gave me the keys and said go check it out take as long as you like. After checking out many of the features about 1/2 hour later Sean came and said he had an errand to run, hopped in the passenger seat and said drive (My unplanned test drive) Over an hour later we returned to the dealership after his errand and taking me to the storage facility where I saw a few more Genesis cars. Greater service than I expected no pressure. I returned the next day with my wife did another test drive. More
