Excellent I took Stella into the dealership for an oil change and to look at an issue I was having. Everyone there is always so friendly and knowledgeable. So amazing service and they did not find anything wrong with her. So I am completely satisfied with my service there. Oh and another thing. Hyphen was friendly, helpful and knowledgeable, Would have appreciated more time to review the contracts and other options that Hyphen presented to us in a less hectic manner. One unfortunate item was that we were advised that a picture copy of our former licence plate registration was sufficient enough for the dealership to transfer the plates from our old vehicle to our new vehicle. We only found out at the time of pick up that this in fact was not good enough and a new licence plate form was purchased at our expense.. Otherwise, it was a positive experience. More

Rami took good care of me as well and I was very satisfied with the pricing of the car I was purchasing as well as my trade-in value. The reason I am rating this 4 stars instead of 5 is because of minor things that car dealerships in general would not notify you about prior. For instance the posting said “no major scratches” rather than “there are minor scratches” which I didn’t actually realize until afterwards. It’s not that big of a deal and I don’t mind, just something to look out for. Overall I enjoyed my experience here, much better than my last visit to a Nissan dealership. More

Both were so close - in the end i I had been looking between a competitor (FORD Escape) and the Tucson, comparing features and quotes from insurance. Both were so close - in the end it came down to price with extended warranty for the amount of miles I drive per year. I bought the vehicle sight unseen and have to admit was a little nervous prior to delivery. However, when I arrived to get my vehicle - it was exactly as quoted over the phone. And I went on my lunch hour to pickup my new vehicle, staff were ready to go over all details of agreements, features of the Tucson and I arrived back at work within the hour! Great Job everyone!
