Excellent dealership! I recently had a disappointing experience with one of the service employees when I brought my vehicle in for a computer-related issue. Even though I had made a service appointment and clearly explained the problem beforehand, I was told when I arrived that they couldn't help because Ford "didn't pay them to look after that." Afterward, I spoke with Ralph DiTommazzo, the Service Manager at Ford Airport Dealership. He listened patiently to my concerns and promptly arranged for me to bring my vehicle back in for service. When I returned, the entire process was seamless, and the problem was resolved. A big thank you to Mr. DiTommazzo for his professionalism, care, and commitment to customer service. He made me feel heard, valued, and appreciated as a Ford customer. I truly believe that the Ford Airport Dealership in Hamilton values its customers and goes above and beyond to demonstrate that commitment. I highly recommend them. More

I had an issue with my vehicle since it was brand new and I finally came in to get the problem solved! It took a while to figure out the issue, but it was finally solved, (so far that issue has not returned) I finally came in to get the problem solved!
