I recently returned to Agincourt Hyundai for a scheduled service. There were no surprises and there never is. From the time I drove into the service bay and spoke to Edwin to the time I got my car back I service. There were no surprises and there never is. From the time I drove into the service bay and spoke to Edwin to the time I got my car back I felt that I was amongst trusted people. Edwin went through everything with me prior to my car going into the service bay, and he told me that it would take around 2 hours, and that's exactly how long it took and there was no additional findings by the mechanic, in other words there was no up sale. The staff are friendly and personable, and very accommodating, the waiting area is great, with coffee on hand. When my service was completed Edwin went through everything with me, and showed me to my car. My car was thoroughly cleaned and looked great. I will continue to use this dealership because I have absolutely no reason to go anywhere else. Thank you Edwin and thanks also to a great service manager, Jimmy. More
