I've had very positive experiences with this dealership over the past four years. I'm treated with friendliness and professionalism at all times. Carmen was very quick to respond to my request for information and pricing on the 2016 RDX. Omar and Jon were very helpful in arranging everything, including dealing with the insurance company. Omar walked me through everything when I picked up my car. He was very courteous and knowledgeable. The service department is very helpful and friendly also. I'd definitely recommend them. More

We were shopping for a car over the course of a week and purchased from this dealership on our second visit, based on the positive shopping experience and good pricing. Walking into Acura of Oakville, we were greeted and assisted by Jon Zormann. Jon was attentive, without being overbearing, respectful and very knowledgeable about Acura products. Most of all, he was very patient as we asked many questions! We also found that this was true of the other staff. Overall, our experience was very refreshing as we appreciated shopping for a luxury car without the pretentious attitude. This was refreshiing as my experience with Budds BMW's - everything is extra right down to your ability to fold down back seats and connection to USB. They care and that made a huge difference to me. His honesty, product knowledge, and ability to emphasize was superb. I challenge any dealership in the GTA to try to match Mark T professionalism, I doubt they will be capable to replicate. Nothing short of spectacular. I have been going to Oakville Acura for service on my 2009 CSX since they opened their doors. The last service included a "spring cleaning" of my vehicle both inside and Oakville Acura for service on my 2009 CSX since they opened their doors. The last service included a "spring cleaning" of my vehicle both inside and out. On the evening I went to pick up my vehicle, I was looking for it inside the service center where they normally keep the serviced vehicles. I walked right past it. I did not notice it. It looked as if it just came off the assembly line. I opened the doors and inside looked the way it did when I first purchased the vehicle. It was astounding, and yes, it had the new car smell to it. I then flipped open the hood as the service included an enging cleaning, it was spotless. I don't know what else to say about the service and professionalism offered there at Oakville Acura. I actually look forward to bringing my vehicle in for servicing. Anything short of a 10/10 is inaccurate. You will not be dissapointed. J.Cicci More
