Amazing Dealership and People I recently purchased a 2017 MDX from Acura of Oakville and was blown away by their support and attention to detail. From the time I put the request i I recently purchased a 2017 MDX from Acura of Oakville and was blown away by their support and attention to detail. From the time I put the request in, to when they informed me the car had arrived, the process they took me through finishing the paperwork and the 1.5 hours they spent giving me a detailed tour of every aspect of my new vehicle. Jonathan and Rob made my experience all that much better. Thanks!!!! More
Bad Experience Acura of Oakville simply was not interested in doing business with me. They clearly low balled my trade in way lower than what other dealerships are o Acura of Oakville simply was not interested in doing business with me. They clearly low balled my trade in way lower than what other dealerships are offering. They showed no interest in getting the best value for the trade in. This made it difficult for me to work with them as my experience with previous dealerships on trade ins was always a positive one. They turned me away and they never tried hard once to make a deal. They were only interested in selling me a car but for the trade they balled it down way lower than what its worth to avoid the trade. I suggest if you have a trade this is not the place to do as they are not interested in your vehicle it’s a tactic used. Go elsewhere. I speak for myself in this case. More

He had some suggestions but ultimately allowed us to make our own decisions. He asked us a few questions to understand what we were looking for and then showed us a few cars that fit the bill. He was professional and always made sure that we understood what he was talking about. After we made the sale and was picking up the RDX, Rob explained all the workings of the car. He was amazing, extremely professional, very succinct and very pleasant. We really enjoy the RDX and we love driving it. More

customer service and service of the vehicle Had my 2005 TL for wheel alignment few weeks ago, everything went great, so I thought maybe I can do a recall that is on the car, I have own this car Had my 2005 TL for wheel alignment few weeks ago, everything went great, so I thought maybe I can do a recall that is on the car, I have own this car since new, and take very good care of it, know it very well, anyways took to the dealer, car has been rust check in the past, job was to replace power steering hose, which access is not easy, have to lean on both top portion front fenders, first issue was the rust check at the fire wall, they want to pressure wash it, I disagree, the job continued, with no guarantees for some old fluid dripping, had no issue with it. at the pickup did not due any walk around to check for any damages or scratches, big mistake, next day I noticed scratches on top portion of both fenders were technician would be leaning on to do the job, when I called the service, spoke to a assistance service manager name David Harris. write of the bat I was put in the situation were the damage was not done at the dealer, very rude and compulsive individual, at some point have said that I will take this to a higher level, (I meant to his boss) right away he accused me that I'm threatening him, I was speechless, arrive at the dealer, could not believe at the customer service that I got from this individual, right away I was accused that damage was done by rust check people, there was no point talking to him, went to talk to service manager Steve A. went outside inspect the car, called body tech to buff the scratches out, when I tried to confront him regarding the customer service, right away I was accused by him that I approached David very rude, anyways I did not want to continue the conversation. Bottom line the customer service doesn't exist on their side, a specially from Dave Harris, very rude individual, I lived in States for a while and customer service is number one there, if you come back with a complain they will take care you very well and with respect, these people should go for some training there, but I guess this is how is done in Canada at Acura of Oakville. I’m can work with everybody, but I will not put up with this kind of treatment and service! Will never take or advise anybody to take their car there. More

The professionalism, excellence in staff and hassle free service consistently demonstrated by this dealership has earned my loyalty, and as promised I have now had the pleasure of experiencing the purchase of a new car at Acura of Oakville. Jon made everything easy, fast and followed through with every promise made. Rob explained every feature of my car, was pleasant, enthusiastic and extremely informative. My previous experiences with Hyundai (regretful purchase!)both in Burlington and Oakville were so utterly horrible that I now have a new appreciation for how important a trusted service team is. Acura Oakville gives peace of mind for this mother of 3 who drives at least 40 000km a year. Thanks yet again, to the whole team, for NEVER varying from your professionalism and work ethic. Bad Treatement We were looking for an suv and after looking at some other brands: Lexus, BMW etc... we decided to consider Acura. To our surprise the young man that showed us the cars and the offers treated us poorly. I don´t know if it is because it was late, or simply because we were driving an oddyssey which he did clearly make a remark on, not negative though. I do not even know what the name of this dealer was he did not bother to leave a business card with the brochure. I hope all your staff has the same attitude as this man. More

Every time I have needed service on my car, from a simple oil change to more serious repairs, the entire service team goes out of their way to provide everything that is needed. They even take the time to wash my car! I do not even own an Acura (regretfully) but this has never stopped them from offering me fast, reliable and excellent service. A special thank you to Dave and Steve for your consistency in excellence. Came by a couple months later for some warranty work, the service department were super kind and quick, knew me as a customer by my phone number and got me helped right away, such an amazing and hassle free experience. Would definitely come back when I decide to upgrade, Thank you Dave and Mike. More
