Honestly speaking, when I was shopping around for a MDX, I did visit other Acura dealers as well, but none of the other sales people were able to help the way Dennis was able to. Sal the Sales Leasing Executive was courteous, efficient. He arranged the finances and made it possible for me to lease the car. I also met Ali Q the manager who completed the financial arrangements. on the day to pick up the car I met Mohamed Burgal the delivery specialist who was patient in explaining the paper work and also the features of the car. All our questions were answered and concerns addressed and they gave us a very good deal on our trade in as well. Awesome, worry free experience! First off... A very big THANK YOU! to Sal Khan, Mohamed and Ali Q at Acura Sherway. This was my first experience in purchasing a luxury vehicle and i First off... A very big THANK YOU! to Sal Khan, Mohamed and Ali Q at Acura Sherway. This was my first experience in purchasing a luxury vehicle and i was take care of by the best. I walked in on a Monday evening after work, after having spoke to Sal Khan on the phone earlier in the day. I'd like to mention here that i was in the market for a 2018 Acura TLX and did all the necessary home work online. I had been to 2 other Acura dealerships earlier to get a quote, and though i was treated courteously and professionally, i left those dealerships not confident at all that i was getting the best deal and didn't feel a personal connection at all with the sales rep. So based on my previous experience, i was unsure whether things would go much better at Acura Sherway, but boy was i wrong. I went straight to Sal Khan's office and sat down with him. Zero wait time. Soon i realized that this wasn't just some ACURA employee i was dealing with, but actually their top sales guy in entire CANADA!!! Yes Sal Khan is the best as they come and has been ACURA'S top sales man year over year in the entire country and showed me his awards. To top that off he is one of ACURA'S top brand ambassadors and so travels widely to represent the brand. Sal heard about my previous experiences in other dealerships and was quick to address all my concerns. He worked with me for the next 2 hours to find the best car trim, setup and a deal that fit exactly with my max budget. He went back and forth with his GM and gave me exactly what i wanted. I had no intention of signing any paperwork or closing a deal that day, but Sal Khan changed everything. He made sure i got everything i wanted and treated me like family. Also wanted to give special thanks to Sal's assistant MOHAMED. He took me on a test drive and was thoroughly familiar with all the systems and functions of the car. He took the time to patiently explain as much as he could and made himself available by phone and email at any time to answer my questions. He enthusiasm and love for the Acura brand is unbridled and it shone through in the quality of his service. He definitely made my experience at Acura Sherway a memorable one. Ali Q the finance manager is a must see. He's a real cool, calm and relaxed in his demeanor and knows his role inside out. Working to close the deal with him was a totally worry free process. He worked with me to get me exactly what i need and i was totally impressed by how much he cared about my budget and limitations and helped me to structure a plan accordingly. From my initial visit to the day i picked up my vehicle, Sal Khan and his assistant Mohamed personally made sure that i got everything i needed and was well taken care of. It was Phenomenal working with you! Thanks once again to the SALES MASTER SAL KHAN & his apprentice Mohamed and Ali Q. If you visit Acura Sherway then this is the dream team to meet! dealership service bay are con artists we took our acura to this dealership for two factory recalls. they booked us in. when we showed up they only had one of the two parts. so they wast we took our acura to this dealership for two factory recalls. they booked us in. when we showed up they only had one of the two parts. so they wasted our time coming back. the second time back. when they were fixing the factoy recall airbags they wrecked the wiring on the right aide headlight. it was working when i dropped it off. I didnt look untill i got home but a light was off. i took it to my mechanic and they said they wrecked the wiring. when i called the dealership they said its not there problem. and basicly told me off. dont ever let these idiots work on your car. I had to learn the hard way. More
Extremely rude and condesending sales Manager Met the sales person on friday and settled on a deal for a demo model Acura ILX .He asked me to pay the deposit which i did ..Today on monday i receiv Met the sales person on friday and settled on a deal for a demo model Acura ILX .He asked me to pay the deposit which i did ..Today on monday i receive a call that he could not honour the deal because he had got a higher offer on the car .I came in the evening to meet the sales manager who was extremly rude to me ,yelling and embarased me saying ,how can i get 40 % off on a demo model ,which was not the case .He kept trowing numbers that made no sense .This is extremely outrages how could a car dealership sales manager treat customers in such a condesending manner ..He made me wait over an hour to pay me back my deposit..Besides i being a customer for over a decade and i guess he is just a new person .I am extremely shocked at this treatment More
DO NOT SERVICE YOUR CAR AT ACURA SHERWAY Its unfortunate that I have to take this time out not to highlight a positive review but to provide critical feedback that has left me completely outr Its unfortunate that I have to take this time out not to highlight a positive review but to provide critical feedback that has left me completely outraged with Acura Sherway service department. As a professional coach and mentor within the sales and service industry I am providing you this feedback as most would walk away and never come back but I have deep understanding as how impacts your overall business, client experience and last but not least your bottom line which is the end result. I have been servicing my car at Acura Sherway for the past 3 years my first encounter was with Gene Fundano whom has now moved to another position within your company. Gene was absolutely amazing!!! Gene is courteous, extremely professional and represents Acura very well, his service kept me coming back to this location even to change my tires. Even when Gene was promoted he continued to help me get my car service which I truly appreciated and then explained to me that it was no longer his position and I had to now deal with another service consultant, ,which I completely understood. My first unpleasant encounter was John whom was terminated on June 30th of this year due to several customer complaints. He had no business being in front of clients not sure what happened in the interview process here. Next service guy I dealt with was Jahmol Samuels – On my second to last service appt. Jahmol was totally disrespectful in his approach with my service appt taking advantage of the fact that I am a female and not wanting to provide me over the phone with thorough details on my car. I showed up on June 30th for an appt that he booked for me, which I had via email but it was not in his system. Jahmol totally forgot to order the parts for my car and denied I had an appt until I showed him the email. Jahmol then began to scramble. I spoke with the sales manager that day whom tried to help me as much as he could and then referred me to Brendon Gomes whom is the Service Manager. I spoke with Brendon on June 30th at length explaining my experience I had with his service department and he confirmed all of my findings with his staff and was also the one that told me he fired John on that same day. Brendon asked to see my car and the part that needed to be replaced and he said to me that he would take care of it in exchange for the experiences that I have had in servicing my car with his department which he acknowledged was very accurate based on other feedback and situations that he has dealt with. On July 13th I brought my car in for service and Brendon had me setup with his Assistant Manager Justin Lezama. Justin advised me that he did not have any loaner cars and that he would have to rent a car from United Car rentals. The rental company came over I provided them with my credit card and the agent I believe Mike was in a rush, quickly went over the agreement with me and left. In dropping off my car I was on my way to a conference out of town for 3pm. I returned the car the following day as I worked extremely late. Upon picking up my car Justin served me with a list of items that needed to be completed on my car which the bill totaled $4093 before taxes. He said the items were necessary to do as I had mentioned to him I am in the market to purchase a new car. I began to break the items down with him so I could complete all the services in 2 visits. I paid, I left and then Mike from United Car Rentals calls me and says that I owe him for mileage, as there was a restriction on the mileage because the rate to Acura was so cheap. He then proceeded to say that Justin told him to call me as it’s not his problem. I called Justin to discuss the matter and he began to tell me that its not his problem and I rented from the car rental company and there is nothing he can do about it – I have to deal with them directly. Mike never told me there was a mileage limit on the car or else I would have spoke up right away and said where I was off to. Justin also admitted and said that Mike confirmed with him that he did not say this to me as well. Justin was extremely cold and short. I asked to speak with the General Manager and Justin forwarded me to Brendon whom of course did not answer his phone. Justin assured me no one in Acura will take responsibility for this and I am wasting my time they will tell me the same thing. You must imagine now how livid I was with your company. This is your ASSISTANT SERVICE MANAGER now?????? There is simply soo much wrong with this situation – I just spent $500 on servicing an 8 year old vehicle that I don’t have to bring to the dealer and you are coming after me for $29?????? I just mapped out to spend $5000 with you in the next 2 weeks and you’re coming after me for $29???? I just told you I am looking to buy a new car and this is the treatment I get??????? I got the message you don’t want me to come back – NOT A PROBLEM!!! But I will not pay $29 to this unknown car rental company. Acura I am extremely disturbed by the service and treatment I have received at your Sherway location. I can only imagine how this is impacting your business on a greater scale. The cost of gaining a new client is way to high to lose a client due to just simply lack of care…. More
