At one point i thought he was a salesman for the company but he is not. He introduced me to Brandon Gomes to have my SUV detailed. WOW is probably not enough to say what a truly great job that was done on the vehicle it was almost better than when i got it brand new and that was three very traveled years ago. Brandon made sure that every nook and cranny was cleaned and polished to the point that even the Engine was detailed !! I have never been treated so good and my SUV's cleanliness almost made me want to not drive it but put it in a showroom. I am now a happy customer and i promised i will buy my next vehicle at Acura Sherway thanks to the excellent personal and business treatment received .by me from Mr. Brandon Gomes Thank you John Vince More

It was too good to be true. 3 month after purchase I had to place my car under parking insurance and I was told by my insurance company that I need a letter from acura. Guess what I did, called Sal and got a I am busy response. So emailed him, no response. I spent two days trying to followup to see what he could advise on. NOTHING, all I got from him is "You cant put your car on parking insurance" REALLY???? .. Finally I called Acura finance myself and they sent me the letter in like 5 mins.. All they care about is a 10 star rating, after that you mean nothing to them. Personally I am very disappointed and angry about the false promises to customers. Shame on you for fooling us and make us think that the customer service is beyond purchases which almost never happens.. VERY DISAPPOINTED. If you want a good price go here. BUT dont expect any customer service after the sale is done. More
Service your cars at Sherway Acura at your own risk! I had been servicing my car at Sherway Acura for 3 year until they made damages to my engine, apparently on purpose! I took the car to the dealer (Se I had been servicing my car at Sherway Acura for 3 year until they made damages to my engine, apparently on purpose! I took the car to the dealer (Sep 2017) for a regular oil change and despite my note on the service request not to do other checking, I got a phone call during servicing asking for permission to change engine air filter, cabin air filter and wiper blades. I declined the proposed items as I am doing that jobs by myself for all my car for years instead of paying ridiculous charges at dealerships. Apparently, the service advisor was not happy with the decline. A few days later, when my filter arrived, I took to work on changing the filter. After opening the engine plastic cover, what I saw in my engine was frightening! One of four screws of the filter chamber was freshly broken and twisted and the filter was wrongly re-installed with part of the rubber gasket twisted out of the chamber edge leaving a significant air leak into my engine. I wrote an email with concern to the general manager and the service manager and no one bothered to respond to my email. They fixed the issue the next day, but the service supervisor did not even apologize for the issue. To my concern I told him at the service door when the fix was done all he said was “Ok, ok, your car is out there”. There was a number of other issues like confusing drop-off (no drop-off despite selected option), no one called me when the job was done, reception didn’t know where the key was and the service department was already closed… but the problem with touching my engine filter speaks for everything. The dealer practices are beyond inappropriate, they are fraudulent. All the issues were documented in pictures and I am considering taking the next step. The manager I wrote to was Ameer Khan, the service advisor was Jonathan Samuel and the supervisor who dealt with the fix was Justin Lezama. More
