Bought my Toyota from Acura Saskatoon in April 2020. Went in for a complimentary oil change in January 2021. A month later found out I as missing a huge black metal piece that covered everything under Went in for a complimentary oil change in January 2021. A month later found out I as missing a huge black metal piece that covered everything under the hood, save the windshield wash... I've been calling getting the run around since February this year! They finally ordered the part. They didn't call to tell me it was in even though I verified they had the correct phone number on file for me. It took 4 calls over 2 days to finally find out that had the part... went in today to have it replaced. They ordered the wrong part and told me that the part I say is missing doesn't exist! They will do nothing further! xxxxty service, zero accountability and certainly not customer-focused!!! I sat and wondered if I would have been treated differently, had I been a man! More

She always can help easily and quickly book the service appointments, get my car fixed and cleaned quickly and when it comes to Acura centre service. She also helped me to figure out the problem on my car caused by the third party body shop and helped me to claim the payment! She is just the best! More

I always get wonderful service at Acura Centre, but this week when it was -40 my MDX wouldn't start, and roadside assistance was going to take hours, I always get wonderful service at Acura Centre, but this week when it was -40 my MDX wouldn't start, and roadside assistance was going to take hours, I called Acura Centre and George came over right away to help me boost my car, then called service to get my vehicle in that day and arranged a loaner for me to drive. That kind of service goes way above!! I always get great service from Suyu and James is always helpful and is very committed to making sure you leave happy! I would highly recommend Acura Centre to anyone!! More

Had B service with ADS inspection Excellent customer service. Trying to charge me extra I asked them to fix my car and it was already diagnosed. they were asking 150$ again for diagnosing fee. Very bad customer service. Request for Service I contacted Saskatoon, April 04, to seek an appointment for Monday morning. (Since it's a 6 - hour drive, I planned to travel on Sunday and was seeki I contacted Saskatoon, April 04, to seek an appointment for Monday morning. (Since it's a 6 - hour drive, I planned to travel on Sunday and was seeking an early appointment so I could drive home someday. A lady answered my call and after inquiring about my needs, attempted to pass me to a service person, but he was busy and would call me back. After waiting an hour and one-half, I called back and the lady recognized me and told me that were working on my problem and would get back to me. When I had not heard back by the end of day, I cant aced Regina Acura and was immediately connected with Matt who arranged a Monday morning appointment and promised to do his best to expedite my service. This turned out to be exactly how it was handles. In the meantime, on April 05, I reached out to Mr. Loeppky, thinking he should be made aware of my experience. Almost immediately, I received a call from the Service Manger who wanted to arrange a Monday morning appointment. I declined since I had arranged to go to Regina, including a hotel reservation. I subsequently received an e-mail from Riffel advising he had past message to the appropriate person. I had no further communication with Saskatoon, but am very pleased with my reception in Regina. Since it's about the same driving distance, I will reach out to Regina should I need service or consider another Acura product. More

What's the most important thing I look for when I walk into any business? the expressions on peoples faces, and how they greet me. Every single person in that building that I saw including the customers., had a smile on there face. It wasn't fake. People were genuinely happy to be there, and on a weekend! I was helped right away and got the things I were looking for right away. I felt at home. Like I was visiting family members in a surprise visit. The Employees were happy. Therefore I (the customer) am also happy. Great service, great vehicles, and an amazing weekend I will be having now. Thank you Acura dealership of Saskatoon. You have awesome employees.
