Nèed to be more effecient Car is great, custumer service is not. I had done my research in advance and knew what I wanted and my final price. However, it still took 4 hours before I was negotiating price. Their process needs to be more efficient. I can't afford to waste an entire day in a dealership. As with all car dealers, make sure you get the full breakdown of price before you shake hands. Honda and Acura add freight onto the price, They also messed up the final invoice twice which meant returning to the dealership twice. More
