Simply not a Volkswagen feeling. I've been a Volkswagen enthusiast for over 25 years now. I have purchased vehicles from 4 different Volkswagen dealerships so I have lots of experienc I've been a Volkswagen enthusiast for over 25 years now. I have purchased vehicles from 4 different Volkswagen dealerships so I have lots of experience with a Volkswagen purchasing experience and Abbotsford Volkswagen was by far the worst. They are high pressure sales. I caught Kelly, a sales manager, in a lie. Was told we were to receive a gift at some point after buying from them and didn't receive the gift. We purchased in April and it's September now. The Jetta is for my girlfriend, who when picked up her car wasn't even brought through the vehicle, how it works, the technology, etc. I wrote the general manager about these complaints and am still waiting a response. It's terribly sad. Now, understand that the only reason we did purchase from them was that my girlfriends car, a 1996 Camry with almost 400,000 klms, was going to get 3,000$ for it as they had a push/pull drag event on. There was more I could write but I highly recommend going to Goldkey in Langley, Capilano Volkswagen in North Vancouver, or Regency Volkswagen in Coquitlam instead!!!! They are REAL Volkswagen dealerships. More

Joel patiently showed me a few different vehicles and explained all of the features several times as I was indecisive. He really knows his stuff! Melissa was very efficient and got everything figured out so I could drive out of there the day I walked in. Augest dealt with the insurance companies which I was dreading. To my surprise she handled everything! I only had to sign and pick up a cheque! She caught errors where the insurance company tried to under pay me and spent weeks dealing with them while I just drove my new car without a worry. Thank you all! More
