My husband and I bought VW Golf at the Abbotsford VW dealership. Both of us didn't have a set mind on what car exactly we wanted, so we shopped around the Abbotsford Auto Mall. We could 100% say that best and most professional service we received at VW. Upon arrival we went to look at cars and Virinder came out to help us. He was not pushing, nor rushing, he was not trying to sell. He was super helpful in hearing our needs and offering a couple cars that we could take for a test drive. And most importantly for myself - he was quick. He answered questions quick, set up a test drive quick. As all people are super busy these days, time is most valuable. Well, Virinder saved us A LOT of time. He was very sincere. Not the typical "sales" person people have in mind. I would also like to mention and give our biggest thanks to Mel. She was very kind and made us a VERY VERY good deal on an almost brand-new VW Golf. Overall, this was a very good experience and the reason for 4 starts and not 5 has nothing to do with the sales department. We had some problems with financial department making a mistake that made our experience a bit unpleasant. I would not recommend anyone go to this dealership for servicing or warranty issues, unless they like feeling patronized and gaslit. As for the sales team, I've had nothing but good experiences dealing with Yvonne! She's been super helpful, accomadating, and have had an enjoyable time looking for the right vehicle. She's not pushy, friendly, and only tries to get you in the vehicle that is right for you. 5/5 Stars for Yvonne, and sales team. 1/5 Stars for service, specifically one individual who seems to be having a bad day/month/year?
