VW Abbotsford only has good customer service till the sale has been finalized. I bought a new 2023 Altas on feb 18th. Shortly after that vehicle started having issues for which l call sale manager Richar sale has been finalized. I bought a new 2023 Altas on feb 18th. Shortly after that vehicle started having issues for which l call sale manager Richard who no longer worked there but kind enough to pass on the message and l myself called the service dept and left 2 messages and a couple with the reception desk and last message left was March 17th and haven't heard from anyone from VW Abbotsford and today is April 6th but l did hear from Richard called few days ago just to see if all my vehicle issues were taking take care. VW Abbotsford claims to have the best customer service team, but when l was in the process of buying the vehicle any time l had a question l would get instant call back. I purchased a Mercedes’ sprinter here for $120,000 and dealt with Sanav Singh (Sam) and manager Jeffrey Nelson. I have been in contact with the dealership over the past two weeks but there has been no resolve. I am incredibly discouraged and disheartened by the service provided here. I am already having to put money into this vehicle immediately after purchase. I have dealt with multiple dealerships over the years and this by far the poorest service. Think carefully before shopping here. More
