Amazing cars, great service and friendly people are what to expect when you visit. I came into the dealership looking for a sporty car and it was presented. A 2008 Volkswagen GTI, fresh on the lot, and I was informed which then led to a test drive and a deal within the day. They even stayed over an hour to a hour and a half to finish the deal, talk about dedication to your customers. All in all, it was a great experience at my first dealership bought car and it wont be my last. More

My first car, my first Volkswagen and definitely not my last I first connected with Abbotsford Volkswagen online and the transition to face to face couldn't have been easier. I expressed interest in the pricing I first connected with Abbotsford Volkswagen online and the transition to face to face couldn't have been easier. I expressed interest in the pricing on a 2012 VW Golf and was contacted immediately by Albert to talk over any initial questions and to set up a test drive. At that time I was without a vehicle and had no way to get out to Abbotsford from Coquitlam where I live, Albert didn't hesitate to offer a pickup and personal transport to the dealership. I set up a day and was picked up, with a quick stop to Starbucks to snag some iced coffee for the drive out and to my surprise he was driving the Golf I was considering! So for a good half hour I got a pre test drive cruise, tons of questions answered, and was able to experience the car from a passengers point of view. Getting to the dealership we went and sat down, talked over the car and what it is I'm looking for exactly all while getting the test drive paperwork tidied up. The test drive itself was perfect. I knew you should play coy on a test drive and try to make them sell you on it but I was sincerely already sold. Pulling into the parking stall I knew I wanted to own this vehicle by the end of the day and that's exactly what I did. With Alberts help I was quickly and efficiently brought through the necessary paperwork and insurance requirements. I was flawlessly offered coffee, water, or tea atleast every 12 to 15 minutes and never had a need that wasn't met. I met the dealership dog Hercules who is handsome as ever. I was chatted up by the salesmen on the floor and enjoyed some good laughs while waiting for everything to be finished up. Driving off the lot I was confident in my purchase and knew that if I had any reason for concern, bringing it back to this dealership I would definitely be met with an honest team sincerely wanting to offer any help and service that they could. I'm here for my first oil change and it's not only a hilariously fun atmosphere, but my car is being refreshed and restored. I am happy to be a part of the Volkswagen family and am confident that this is the dealership I will deal through for many years to come. More
