Great Friendly Staff, easy & fun to work with! Listed my Volkswagen Beetle Convertible on Craigslist and within a few min I received a call from Dave! He convinced me that if we drove all the way from Richmond to see him in Abbotsford, we would not be disappointed. My Husband and I were hesitant at first, but his story was compelling and hard to say no to.. From the minute we walked into the dealership, we were greeted by very friendly staff. Dave was great! He knew his vehicles and he helped me in making a very hard decision. ( I really loved my bug! ) Both Dave and Chris explained the process of getting the best price for my car( there was already someone waiting to buy it) and then in turn getting the best price that I could live with on a new vehicle. There was never any pressure to go through with the deal.I was told over and over again that if I wasn't comfortable selling my car or if I couldn't find a new one, i could go home with my freshly washed bug . I finally decided on the Jetta, but I was quite particular in the colour I wanted, so poor Dave and Chris needed to spin their wheels to find it. Eventually they found me EXACTLY what I wanted but not in Abbotsford ! We were there for a few hours, but by 6:45 on a Saturday night and after my husband got great fishing tips from Kelly and meeting or talking to almost everyone in the dealership . ( they close at 6) I was the new owner of a Beautiful Blue Jetta. The boys knew we weren't coming out to Abbotsford again, so they gave us a loaner until Tuesday. Tonight my car was delivered to my front door step. Now that's service ! Thank you for making the process fun ! My Husband and I have been to many dealerships in our lifetime and I can tell you that, this one makes you feel like you are important to them and that your concerns and needs are met. It was a pleasure doing business with them, and I have no problem in recommending this dealership. Ask for Dave then tell Chris, blue is not grey or silver !! LOL. . . . More
