Me and my wife were just stopping by to look at a Tiguan to see how it runs. Not only that my wife really liked the car but we traded on the spot her old car for a new Tiguan. At that time I already had a Golf leased from a different dealer but here we found really professional services and extraordinary sales services. In the last 15 years I purchased cars from GM, Ford and Honda dealers but here I found the best and trustworthy sales person, Mrs. Melissa Jakoby. All my previous experiences were of those pushy sales persons who makes you feel “harassed” and never coming back there or answering unknown phone calls. Instead, she explained all advantages and disadvantages of the product, like she was the potential buyer instead of us, being totally “in our shoes”. That made us totally trusting her. In just few weeks I traded my Golf which I leased just 1 year ago with a brand new Golf, this time purchased. Again, Melissa was the main factor of the decision because she clearly explained me the disadvantages of a lease versus purchase. The third car was a Touareg and this was because my wife had a terrible accident with her Tiguan. The Tiguan was written off and of course we came back to Melissa for the best advice. To mention something really important and this was the main reasons to buy the Tiguan: Melissa showed us before buying it, a video from the internet made by a third party assessors / consultants, and the way that different cars from the same class were acting under destroying mechanical pressure. All were squashed with the exception of Tiguan. I NEVER THOUGHT THAT ACTUALLY MY WIFE WILL EXPERIENCE THAT IN JUST FEW MONTHS AFTER. The 4th car which I already paid the deposit will be a new Golf as I had to trade my previous Golf towards the new Touareg, because of the financial hardship at that time. I think that Melissa and her dealership deserves triple the stars are available on your site! I will not only recommend Melissa and her dealership but I will push all of my family and friends to get the best car there.
