She was very knowledgeable about both vehicles that we were comparing, happily answered any questions we had and allowed us to enjoy a good long test drive so we could really experience the vehicle as we were comparing it with the Mazda 3. There was no comparison between the dealerships or the vehicles. Simply put, our experience in purchasing this car was fantastic and have not had one like it at any other dealership! I called and spoke to her over the phone and within 24 hours, owned the car. The finance manager, Bill, was great to deal with as well. Driving it for a week now, we are so happy with it and our kids call it the sweet ride. As our daughter will be driving it too, I feel confident that we purchased a good safe car for her!! More

Then, out of the blue, Josh contacted us with an offer that we couldn't refuse - they had a customer wanting a vehicle like ours, and needed to clear out the 2014's, and thus offered us a VERY reasonable upgrade option! Then they also offered to drive the vehicle to us (we live in Prince George!) and take ours back! So without even setting foot in the dealership, we were now the proud owners of a brand new vehicle, delivered (clean and full of fuel!) to our doorstep! Now THAT'S customer service!! More
