I always dreaded going to car dealers because i always felt like they were only interested in making the sale and didn't really care about my needs. This was not true with Dave,he took the time to find out exactly what i wanted and how much i could afford to spend. He asked how much i wanted my bi-weekly payments to be and he got me into the car i wanted for the exact payment i wanted. I would highly recommend Dave to anyone who is interested in buying a volkswagen. It was a great experience and i will definetly by another volkswagen from them again. More

Good! I have never bought a new car before. I was fast, & pretty straightforward. Everybody was friendly, all the people --finance, insurance, etc--who need I have never bought a new car before. I didn't really know how well until I heard a couple of stories later about other dealerships/other experiences that were actually stressful. People rude, etc. Also not caring much after the sale was made. So I'm glad, as a first time new car buyer, that I went to Abby VW. I would/WILL do it again. Melissa Jakoby knows her stuff. More

Albert arranged for us to be picked up from our home. Everyone we met with were very friendly & helped us through our first car purchase!! We had our daughter with us & she loved the goodies they offered, the iPads she could play with & the 2 friendly dogs inside. Albert went over all the safety specs of our jetta & showed how reliable & safe it really is. He even showed me how all the features worked in the car before we left(my previous car was a 1998 & had none of the features in the 2013 jetta!) very happy with our experience at this dealership & definitely will recommend to family & friends!! More

Customer Service is alive and well at Abbotsford VW I came to this dealership as part of my search for a new Golf. I knew what I wanted and had a specific budget. I generally avoid dealerships because I really dislike and distrust high pressure sales tactics. I was concerned at first as the initial push on their part to make a deal that day, on a car that wasn't exactly what I was looking for, was a disappointment. However, Josh truly gets what it means to provide excellent customer service. When he followed up with me a few days later, I clarified my exact requirements and explained I wasn't in a hurry and would rather wait for the right car. Within a week he called me back as he had found three more cars for me to try, and if none of them worked he had could order me a new one that fit my requirements. I ended up getting a car that was not only perfect for my needs but under budget as well! Customer service is a dying art - but not at Abbotsford Volkswagen - the staff here really get what customers and service are all about! More

We were quickly approached by Dave Duguay who was very eager and helpful. He answered every question we threw at him to the best of his knowledge and was very patient with all our needs. He helped us find an amazing deal on this used Golf at a great price for a student like me. Apparently everyone, including Dave, had their eyes on this car and thanks to him, I ended up with this unbelievable deal. His passion for Volkswagen is astounding and he's definitely an asset to the company. Chris and Stefanie were also very patient with us and was willing to go the extra mile to make sure we got what we needed immediately. We came in looking to get my car repaired and left trading it for an even better and newer piece of engineering. As a first time buyer, I didn't know what to expect, but I'm certain these folks raised the bar for what to expect from an auto dealership. I'll definitely be coming back to get my car serviced here and probably for a new VW later in life. Overall, the people at Volkswagen Abbotsford are very friendly and informative and I would recommend this dealership to anyone looking for a great vehicle and awesome service. More

We were dealing with Josh, great guy, who did a fantastic job to explain us everything there was to know about different models and options. Then the question was, if I give you a GREAT deal on the car you WANT, would you agree to buy it? Simple question, no pressure. Then we were talking numbers with another gentleman, who did a great job to listen to our concerns, adjust, and in the end the numbers were looking great. The financing lady was very knowledgeable and quick and show us different financing options while explaining the differences. Also everybody were very nice to my 5 years old daughter, luckily they got a kids room with all the toys she wanted, also she got cookies, fruits, juices. I bet she will want us to buy another car next week :) More

Although some other flashy cars seemed appealing to me at the time, the safety features of my 2014 Jetta TSI are what sold me. Albert was fantastic while explaining the features of the car in terms that were easy for me to grasp. Albert truly did everything he could to make the experience as comfortable as possible for me, and I really appreciated that! When it came down to crunching numbers, I got an amazing car at an amazing rate that was comfortable for me. When the time comes for a new car I will definitely be returning and have told everyone looking for a new car that the person they need to come and see is Albert :) Thanks for everything! More
