My husband had a day off, noticed the ad, made the deal for me while I was at work and the next day we headed to Abbotsford. There was no issue with my trade-in, they were well organized when we arrived, gave us both ample time to test drive the car. When it came down to the paperwork, it was smooth and we were guided from one desk to the other. It was the most easy and seamless car purchase we have ever made. Super nice staff. They offered us lunch and we got a free gift as well! We will definitely contact them for our next purchase. More

He invited me into the showroom to see what kind of deal could be made and to check out the features of the new 2015 golf line. Dave was very attentive to my needs and made some great recommendations. I ended up taking a higher priced car than I would have thought appropriate for my needs, but this was only because of limited stock. I enjoyed the car a lot and we ended up driving out to Chilliwack to get a car that was more in my price range. When we got back, I purchased the car after some unsure moments and am thoroughly enjoying it. More

Jerome was so kind and nice; he helped us find the right car, explained everything well and it was a pleasant experience dealing with him. Stefani walked us through all the paperwork, she was very understanding that the fiancial side of buying a car can be overwhelming for someone that hadn't done that before. Overall the experience was a positive one and I walked away with a car that I like. The only negative remark isn't really about anyone or anything in particular. It's more the general sense you get at probably any car dealership: they're using all kinds of "sales tricks" on you that you're not aware of and you were talked into several warranties and protections and in the end there's a bunch of fees that you weren't told about in the beginning. So we ended up paying way more than we planned on or were prepared for, so I'm not too happy about that as finances are tight for us. You never lose the sense that you might have overpayed for a used car; that there might have been more room to lower the price and that salespeople are really only on your side until it comes to the money. I guess those things are to be expected to a certain degree. So today we left the dealership with what we came for, but a little disillusioned with the whole system. I do want to thank Jerome and Stefanie for their service today! I will love the car as soon as I'll get over the financial shock! More

2014 Touareg purchase I recently bought a new (demo) VW Touareg. I was looking to trade in my VW Eurovan Westie so approached Abbotsford Volkswagen with thoughts of buying I recently bought a new (demo) VW Touareg. I was looking to trade in my VW Eurovan Westie so approached Abbotsford Volkswagen with thoughts of buying a used truck to pull a travel trailer. My sales person was Mel Jakoby & she was very helpful with lots of advice. She introduced me to Kelly Buller for advice on trucks to pull a mid-sized trailer & he immediately suggested the Touareg. I was extremely skeptical that such a small car/truck could pull a mid-sized travel trailer.....Kelly was extremely patient helping me with my skepticism.......meanwhile I was driving his 2014 Touareg, & loved it, while he & Mel lined-up a buyer for my Westie. Bottomline I bought the Touareg, then a 22Ft travel Trailer....it's weight was just under 5000 LBS dry & just over loaded. Our 1st trip was Princeton to golf & mountain bike........Well, the Touareg pulled it with lots of power to spare. Hope slide hill was quite a surprise, steep uphill grade for kilometers but I kept it @ 95 Kms passing lots of trucks & RV's........quite a change from my old Westie which labored up that hill @ 40 Kms while everything on wheels passed us!! We camped @ the Princeton Golf course for 12 days & daily we have people stop-by & ask....... "Excuse me but I've gotta ask you.........does THAT vehicle really pull THAT trailer??" I would explain it is a V-6 Diesel with 408 LBS of tourque & yes, it seems to pull it quite well!! Recently camping in Deception Pass, two couples were walking by & my wife Susie heard them mumbling among themselves pointing @ the car & then she heard one of the ladies say .." oh, it's a Touareg...... no wonder it can pull that trailer.....it's a V-6 with 408 LBS of torque blah blah blah........We had a good chuckle!!!!! In the above rating I left Quality of work blank because I really haven't had servicing yet .....But my experience of Abbotsford Volkswagen has been extremely positive........when you walk in the door, you are immediately greeted with a friendly face greeting you with offers of coffee, water, how can we help you, etc I appreciate all the continuing help & patience from Kelly, Mel, Ken shane, Stefani, Bill & everyone I dealt & deal with!!
